And the only exception to this rule is biblical names IE Jesus' or Moses', I can't tell you why it just is.

Darius's, Varus's, James's, Charles's are 100% correct, anyone that says different is not being stylistically different, they are just being wrong pompously.

Charles' is only correct if you are talking about a group of Charles, like a family. You could say, "That is the Charles' house." But if you were talking about a guy named Charles you would have to say, "That is Charles's house."
