Well when i bought this laptop, i had amazingly fast speed. I would summon in blink of an eye. But i dont know after some months my summoning speed got very very less than before. I cant figure out the reason behind this. But yeah, ONLY the summoning speed got low nothing else got effected. FPS, Login time, everything are still the same. My laptopn specs are :-

Windows 7 Home Basic 64 - bit
RAM - 4GB
Intel Core i5 - 2450M CPU @ 2.50 GHz
Hard Disk - 500GB

Help would really be appreciated!

Recently, due to the latest patch, the game's ping time has been extended because of unknown reasons; meaning your internet for the game got slower. Slower internet= Slower summoning.

Have you checked your memory usage/available HD space? Internet does nothing for your summon speed it's computer specs. I know mine has slowed down some just because my computer is older now and I have less RAM available and my HD is older and they tend to slow down.

Fury: The more things you install onto your computer (and processes being run) means that your CPU is tasked to running things other than LoL, same with your hard drive. Unless you clean it up (stop some processes from running, uninstalling others, etc) it will not get much better. Defragging can do a little, but not much.
