Won't let me play a game

I get to the point where the client goes past the champion select screen and begins to load the game. Then immediately after it gives me some error placating that a firewall may be blocking it.

I have checked all my firewalls and LoL, the client and the updater are all permitted to be unblocked. I have played this game over 4 years and never have had an issue. Need a little guidance here.

Have you added all LoL processes to the exception list?
Also, you might want to check out this as a possible fix if your ISP is having node issues:

So far the flushing of the DNS has worked. I am gonna see for how long.
