I recently bought a new computer with these specs

AMD A4-3420 APU with Radeon(tm) HD Graphics 2.80 GHz
6. GB ram
GTX 650 ti graphics

i see vids of people playing on this card at like 150 fps. i get 60 on lowest settings and after a while i start lagging super bad down to about 20 fps with lag every second (litterally). what could be my problem?

Update drivers

Make sure your Using the card and not the built in graphics

I have seen people do this before

You are sure you plugged your monitor into the graphics card, and not the motherboard?

I have an A6-3670 with built in graphics only (no card)
8 GB memory

I get 50-60 fps on medium to medium/high settings

Not sure why you are running so slowly

I have had some experience with CPU software autoclocking my CPU down even while in games. Make sure it's running at full strength.

Yes, you can delete old drivers from your device manager.

Another thing to check is whether or not your onboard graphics are overriding your GTX650. Try disabling your onboard graphics card in the device manager.
