Exalviar is a low-life crook who likes to loot the unexpected, though he does have his morals. He is a complex and dangerous champion. He is used to conjure himself into the shadows as a shadow himself. Though complicated, he also has some easier (and quite cheap) parts to his playstyle. He is an attack damage champion, but can also be played as movement speed and attack speed. He's a master at ganking and has good hand at one on ones, as he can dissapear for seconds at a time in mid battle. He is very fluent and agile. He is not very durable, but has much burst to make up for it. His weapon of choice is a dagger, turned upwards toward his elbow, and a small beating rod, which he uses for knocking his enemies unconcious or giving them mechanical injuries.
Abilities:
Passive- Exalviar has 7% bonus movement speed and ignores unit collision (which we all know is annoying) Additionally, every 30th attack grants him 1 attack damage.

Ability 1 (Q)- Exalviar quickly swipes his beating rod into the opponent's head, stunning them for (.5,.7,.9,1,1.5) seconds, slowing them for 10%, and dealing based on 50% attack damage, 20, 60, 90, 120, and 150 damage, including 50% of his attack damage.

Ability 2 (W)- Exalviar thrusts his dagger into his oppenent's stomach, causing them to bleed for 10 damage/s for 3 seconds and dealing 120% of his attack damage and slowing them for 10%.

Ability 3 (E)- Exalviar quickly rushes through a unit, stabbing them twice and dealing 70% attack damage on each strike.

Ultimate (R)- Exalviar combines all three of his abilities into one fluid movement, stunning, wounding (making them bleed), slowing, and dealing a moderate amount of damage. (Based on 45% of his attack damage). His ultimate is based on how much his abilities do (How much attack damage he has on his Q,W, and E). It combines all three of his Q,W, and E.

Exalviar can be played to rely on basic attack, even though his abilities can do more damage.

Lore: No one knows much of Exalviar, other than he was born to theives who's parents were theives, who's parent's were theives and so on and so forth. His whole family was raised the same way: Loot or die. Sorth of like the phrase "EAT OR BE EATEN." What we do know about him is very vague. He was raised to believe that rich people were horrible people, that they got more privelages than him. He grew quickly in the arts of self-reliance and never trusted anyone but himself. From a young age, he trained and trained with his trainer, Pursey. (Lol). He taught him to fight and loot. He was taught to never have a softspot; therefore, he has had no love. He still waits in the shadows for a compromised person to walk by for him to beat and steal from.

His passive is holy mother of farming. If he gets in the game, which would be awesome, I would just build straight up attack speed and farm. His W should have a bleed leveling up with the ability, like Talon, otherwise it will rather fall off. His W just generally needs something to level up with the ability, along with his E. His R should also do something like Leblanc's ult, increasing the damage of the abilities by 10%/20%/30%. Other than the abilities not having damage leveling up with them, its a great idea and I'd love to see it in game. One more thing, his E should steal like 5/10/15/20/25 gold each slash, considering he's a crook.

I was actually thinking like his ult steals one of his enemies' items for a certain amount of time. Thanks for the suggestions! I like them.
