League won't open, says "PVP.net Patcher Kernel is not responding"

I restored some of the files that I deleted from my recycle bin since deleting them didn't work and tried launching it again as administrator (which I already did) but now it went to the patching screen!

EDIT: I'm currently dling the patch atm

You literally have to wait about 3-10mins for the patching to begin
Also, I ended the LOLRecorder.exe via task manager

Same problem since yesterday after the patch. I was in a ranked queue and the client stopped working, since then i have made a few clean installs of League of Legends, Adobe Air, and tried the solutions from "The Wrenchmen's Toolbox - Common Fixes". In case someone from the support team read this post, i attached two logs and one screenshot to help you understand the current problem.

Having the same issue. Even gone so far as to restore my operating system with no success, albeit with the same League files.

I "fixed" this by just opening the launcher and leave it like that for 20min without clicking the logo. It supposed that takes a long time because is checking files or some kind of problem with our network.
