Error Message : Error, Your graphics card or driver does not support shader model 2.0. Please make sureyour video card supports shader model 2.0 and that it is using the drivers from the manufacture.

The error message pops up before all of the characters summon.

I first received this error on another laptop a few weeks after playing without any problems. I returned that laptop and got a new one of the same kind because I tried absolutely everything and even had my local Future Shop check it out and they said there shouldn't be any problems..

So, this is my second laptop that I've received the error message on and I'm wondering what's wrong.

The graphics cards in my laptop are the Intel(R) HD Graphics 4000 and the NVIDIA GeForce GT 630M. The laptop switches automatically between the two.

I've already looked at previous threads and answers and none of their "solutions" seemed to work for me.

Move to the folder:
League of Legends/Config/
Delete the file 'game.cfg' and 'input.txt'
Relaunch the game, try to spectate someone.
IF that still doesn't work, move to these two folders:
League of Legends/RADS/projects/lol_game_client and lol_game_client_en_us
Delete both of them.
Then run the repair option in the launcher, by clicking the cogwheel in the upper right hand corner.

You are using Optimus technology correct? You might need to have it run all instances of LoL as your NVidia card, not the HD4000. You also seem to have out of date drivers, but I'd need to check that.
Go to your start menu.
Type 'dxdiag' and press enter.
Hit the 'x64 bit version' if the button is there.
Then hit 'save all information' and remember where you put it.
Upload the .txt file (not post) it here please.
