Oatmeal's always good. I like to put cinnamon and brown sugar in mine, then dice up apples and toss them in when the oatmeal's almost done.

I love a morning ham and cheese omelet but you said no egg. I also love home made (healthier) sausage patty on an english muffin. Its really not that healthy for you but you can add a lot of different things to it for variety, fried egg, bacon, cheese, lettuce etc.
