Memorial - Three Brothers

Not one among them, even the burliest of the group stood close to the size of Frold. Each of them were taken aback by his offer and most shirked away from the unexpected challenge. The largest of them, a fat, but muscular man named Olric accepted.

"Why not, some fun should be had at this nonsense. Come on." One ofhis friends offered him a wooden chair, then one on Frold's side of the table.

Memorial - Tao and Syka

"You could not be more right, Tao." Syka wavered a bit, slightly taken aback by by Tao's insinuation. "Indeed though, these are dark times and fools are aplenty. I do loathe the state of Demacia.. Why would you suspect the Queen is in danger though? Of course, my men are prepared to defend themselves as needed and so they are armed. For all our protection. Have you... noticed anything suspicious, sir?"

Memorial

Nerethis started getting bored. He never liked public occasions such as this one, and was starting to wonder if anyone notices if he slips away to do some more preparations for the trip - he still had to find someone to carry the things for him, mainly. After quickly looking around, he started discretely moving towards the exit.

((I am sorry, but this is really the only in - character thing i can do at this point. Nerethis is hardly someone who would go and talk to someone by himself. Feel free to stop me, however.))

((well, the only thing I would point at is that A: their is no need fr him to leave discreetly. No one cares if he comes or goes. B: an expert assassin would certainly notice everything going on. I'm certain an assassin (essentially a spy) would be aware of people behavior etc.

A spark clicked in the air just where his fingers met, and then a ball of fire roared to life out of nothing. He held the small sphere, eyeing the it and allowing it to roll around his hand. "You see. The thing in your imagination, it comes from this. Magic. It is just something that people... like us can do." He said the last part a little sad, and hatefully.
Viola watched Reyain's display, but didn't seem to be convinced by his explanation as to why he could see the shadow creature.

"But.... If there's something that I've seen in my mind... Something I've never mentioned to anyone before..."

She tilted her head to one side at him, a few strands of her wavy hair falling in front of her face.

"How would you know what it is, if its made up from my magic, and doesn't exist?"

She paused for a moment, the orange in her hand probably turning into a fine mush on the inside from her squeezing it.

"... If... If magic can create creatures like that... That others can see and hear... Then.... Wouldn't it be real?"

Memorial - In Demacia

Viola continued to watch the pretty lady on a horse surrounded by guards. People were giving her flowers... This didn't make sense to her. If she was in trouble and had to be escorted by guards, then why would people be giving her flowers? Strange... The young girl remained silent in her thoughts yet continuing to admire Queen Luxanna as she passed by.

Memorial - Service

The guard who had lost track of Viola had made his way to over to Reyain. Seeing as he was busy chatting with Rendal, he simply handed Reyain a folded up note stating that Viola was missing, and quickly left him. He didn't feel like getting yelled at today, especially considering the current events going on.... And the guard happened to be a bit of a coward as well.

The Memorial - Palace Rooftops

Beasts... Men... Juliana couldn't understand, since throughout her life human attractions and political powers have not affect her in any possible way, though even so she listened intensively.

Ju... Lie...? The girl looked at Éclair, repeating the name in her head. Julie... Juliana smiled. It was very small, but it was noticeable that she was smiling. She nodded, holding on to Éclair tightly and lying onto her. She heard Éclair's mutter, and looked at the archers again.

Begun... Hunted is seen...? She whispered. The girl's eyes starts to narrow, and her hand moves towards the fans that she put next to her, her smile quickly fading away...

Tao nodded here and there in agreement with what Syka said.He looked around through the corner of his eye, acting to see if anyone were listening. He then looked at Syka again, his face grim.

"Its hard to notice anything suspicious when everyone is armed. And like you said, there are people who hate the current state of affairs in the city. Some of the more desperate will see this as the best time to strike the queen down and aim to take control for themselves from there. And if that happens, this memorial will become a blood bath."

The old man moved away from Syka, still watching his face and expressions. He stroked his beard thoughtfully.

"And I will be sure to do my damnedest to prevent that from happening.

The Memorial - Palace Rooftops

Éclair smiled and embraced her when Juliana lay on her. She continued to softly stroke her hair.
The assassin nodded " I'm sorry, but yes, Julie. It is clear now who they are waiting for - the girl in blue armor with golden tiara on her head. "
Éclair started observing their surroundings more closely " We should probably get ready for a company. If I were to protect the Queen, I would take the highest ground first for scouting purposes. And it is this place, besides there were many assassins I had to go through on my way here. And if they truly decide for the coup d'état, things will go very bad, very quickly. "
She looked at the memorial " If they decide to attack Reyain, I will have to help him from here. Until that point, I will wait. " She sighed a bit afterwards while holding and caressing Juliana " It was a short moment of peace, but hopefully there will be some later, we could share. "

The Memorial - Palace Rooftops

Juliana nodded quietly, sitting herself up. She looked at the women that Éclair was talking about, remembering all the details of her physical attributes. She was pretty, but not as much as goddess Lunar or Khione... She... Important...? The girl picked up her fans and stood up, patting the dust away from her torn Kimono...

Éclair... Juliana whispered. Short... Sweet name... Me... Julie... The girl paused, nervousness starting to appear, her face going slightly red. Éclair... You... The girl played around with her fingers, focusing her eyes on the floor. M... M...

Mama... The girl almost breathed out the last part, barely making it auditory. She smiled and briefly looked at Éclair, before turning around and running off, skipping in her steps.

The Memorial - Palace Rooftops

Éclair nodded " Yes, she is the queen of those who fight against the greed and fear, that's why she's important, because she fights against those who want power for themselves. "
She looked at her torn kimono and said " Once there's some time, I'll help you fix your clothes. "
Once the assassin saw her blushing a bit, she almost instantly knew where this was going. In fact she expected this from the very beginning when the girl stopped being afraid of her.
Éclair looked up to Juliana and softly smiled " Yes Julie. " Once she started running off she told her " I will meet you later, for now I have to stay here, I can't follow you through the palace. Warn the others and the Queen if you are able. "

Meeting with Viola - 2 days after.

"Well, I wish I could explain why you and I can see this thing, child. Maybe you and I are alike?" Reyain laughed good naturedly. "But, as long as you remain here you will be safe from monsters, I promsie. "Do you think you can forgive me for the otehr day and elarn to trust me?" He offered her the kindest smile he could and kneeled down in front of her. "You won't have to run anymore, or steal to survive."

((Hopefully, this will simply give Viola reasoning to come back when she runs.))

Memorial - Reyain

Reyain recieves the note from the soldier and crumbled it up in his fist, staring down Rendal. His patience had reached its limit and for better or for worse, it was time to act. He knew Rendal was up to something, somehow and if anything was going to happen it would have to happen without the leader of the Alkorii.

"Jurante!" Reyain shouted, halting the pirate and likely stopping anyone else in the area. "Guards! Take Rendal Rasara into custody immediately, make sure that his men are escorted from the premices. If they make any notion to fight back, put them down!" Immediately, Alkorii started to shuffle and looked panicked as Raven's and Vigilant hurried towards their closest targets.

The smile on Rendal's face vanished as a guard grabbed him and stripped him of his guns. He was subsequently shoved into a table, face down against it while he was shackled by another guard. When pulled back up, Rendal stared into Reyain's eyes and spoke with true anger, "You damned fool. You have no idea what you just did."

"Enough, Rendal. If you think I'm goig to stand here and wait for you to try and seize power and kill the Queen, you're wrong." Reyain growled and punched Rendal hard in the ribs. Rendal doubled voer but did not fall, he burst out laughing as he struggled to breathe. "Ahahaha... *cough* haha... "You're right... you are so very wrong.. Enjoy the show, Du Felarus."

The guards began to escort all the Alkorii from the enclosed park. that's when commanding Raven's ordered that the Three Brothers and Devant also be restrained and escorted away. Before Syka and Tao could finish speaking, two soldiers from the Flock grabbed Syka and forced him to the ground. It initially knocked the breath from his lungs, but when he recovered and was being picked up he shouted to Reyain, "The Queen is on her way, don't do this, Reyain! Don't do this!..." One of the black soldiers yanked Syka, dragging him out of ear shot.

Meanwhile at the Vigilant Barracks

Without missing a beat, Bastion took the words of Jurante to heart. With everything pointing to a joint ambush on the Queen and her entouarge in Raven territory, he had to move quickly. If she was killed here it would look to be a failure on Reyain's aprt, as well as the Vigilant. This would shatter the image of both and Demacia would never return to its golden days. The city would never be unifed.

So, Bastion ordered every available soldier and officer into the Barracks training yard in full battle raiment, equipped head to toe and ready for battle. Their objective was to find and aprehend, and if necessary kill every guild member planning on ambushing Luxanna. Close to a hundred had gathered and would be taking to the streets right underneath the archers vantage points.

A select few of these soldiers would also be rushing to secure the Queen, to ensure they are aware ofthe impending danger and to make sure she arrives safely. Bastion would be with the apprehension force.

The Vigilant filed out, standing out as the sun reflected off their white and gold plate armor. Some rode horses, others moved in silence towards the city streets. It was do or die time for the Vigilant as they made their most important move in their short history.

Eclair - Demacian Palace

From the royal rooftop, the tallest point in all Demacia,Eclair had unparallelled sight and adavantage over all others. She would have undoubtedly seen the Queens entourage leavng and the archers above scurrying about like little mice. None, however, had made any move to attack as of yet. The distance between them and the park was almost closed at this point. The prime time of attacking nearly passed.

She would also notice the hundred Vigilant closing in on the Palace, the Queen and the rooftops. But, more pressing... further into the territory towards the Raven's borders were others. Darker figures moving on the rooftops and through the alleys while a large contingant of armed warriors marched through the streets unchecked. It might of been close to a thousand throughout the city...

Then as if right in her ear, someone spoke in a deep, raspy voice, "Eclair." She was not alone on the roof any longer.
