5 out of thousands of games I played. That's like 1% of all the games I played.

That does not neutralize all the honors that I earned.

couple of the guys are 0/7, 0/14 just straight up suck. so I cant call out on these guys who directly cause my lost??

I have to be all nice and say: "thank you sir, for ruining my game, you are very nice person and I love you."

This is ridiculous. Even in real life people don't act that way, people get pissed for loosing, I don't have to hide my emotion

in daily life, why do I have to be a pussycat in LOL.

Case #6157301

So let's see if I understand this correctly. You want to be able to call people sucky and noobs and tell them they ruined your game whenever you want, but you ALSO want to have flags next to your name indicating that you're Friendly and Helpful and Honorable.

Yeah dude, no wonder you're pissed.

I'm sorry, but someone saying "You suck" (if that is all that happened) is not only not worth punishing over to me, but something so incredibly mild shouldn't even be in Tribunal to begin with.
And that's why you have the right to vote on these cases. If more people shared your opinion, they'd all be pardoned.

Yes, he'd be better off pointing out the other players errors rather than just firing that shot off, but sorry, some people just get a little annoyed or upset and sometimes you do need to cut them a little slack. Heck, I've pardoned people in games where their actions may have otherwise warranted punishment if not for the harassment and provocation from others beforehand that drove them to that; so I cut them some slack. People are sometimes far too rigid in how they dish out punishment and that can often be more detrimental in the end.
My point was that people think since they can't insult that they have to be happy-go-lucky. Like, those are the only options...and they're not.

I don't care if people get upset...that happens. But when they take the time to type it out, it's a lot less voluntary. I scream at my monitor and slam my keyboard and mouse...but I rarely, if at all type out my frustrations in an insulting way.

Saying 'you suck' accomplishes nothing positive in the game. The ONLY thing it can do is hurt your team's chances of winning. So why do it?

That's a fair statement. I'm still going to be lenient to people depending on the situation, particularly if people on their team are harassing them or initiated the conflict. I get that it doesn't accomplish anything positive, but to me I'm not sure that just saying "you suck" is really worthy of a ban. It's not just a matter of what is accomplishing something positive but if it's really worthy of banning someone, be it temporarily or permanently.

Now me I tend to just take a silence approach. I don't generally communicate with the opposing teams as there is, frankly, nothing to be gained by doing so. I report mia's and respond to proper inquiries or even criticisms in game, but I ignore pretty much all else. Frankly, a lot of these people could avoid bans if they showed a little restraint, but not everyone is wired the same. If they cross the line then I have no issue with hitting punish, and I still punish more than I pardon when all is said and done, but for something as simple as "you suck" I'm not going to hit punish if it's just that.

Of course, at this time we now know it was a bit more than just a "you suck" in this case.

Regardless of whether or not we think people should be suspended/banned for raging in chat, can we all agree that it's pretty dumb to want to be flagged 'honorable' for doing it?

Well, I awarded you the "Good at Math" honor, if it makes you feel any better.

Because they do suck? Well it seems like they don't suck anymore because you're the one sucking eh?

Learn to not be an arse and tell people they suck. When you have kids and they struggle, I hope you tell them they suck. Or a buddy, assuming you possibly have at least 1 friend THAT YOU SEE IN THE FLESH, is trying something and put their whole heart into it and you're just like you suck.

You math astounds me too, I guess you can't suck with reason like yours huh.

"Players are more likely to perform worse if you harass them for a mistake" or something along that line.

This holds true to everything.
If someone makes a mistake then yelling at them WILL make them perform worse. Don't be snarky about it either.

No in answer to your question. You are not suppose to call out players for not playing well. They did not directly lead to you losing, at most they contributed, since this is a team game. You do not have to be nice to them, in fact you do not have to talk to them at all, and if you are mad, that might be the best thing you can do.

In real life people act with a certain amount of respect and politeness to others. While people may get mad at others you do not tend to see them yelling you suck, or other forms of belittlement. When people are rude the other person has the option of walking away and stopping the abuse. You do not have to be a pussycat, but you should be the minimum level of decent.
I love players like me. ILU bro.

Incorrect. To end up in the tribunal you are getting reported in roughly 15% or more of you games (This has been stated by a number of Reds, though the number varies between 12 - 20% depending on the when and the region)

Extrapolated to a thousand of your thousands of games you have been 'a bit of a dick' in ~150 games. I would say you needed this wakeup call.
