GP is still OP. As far as I'm concerned, as long as Spooky Gangplank is a skin, he'll always be viable.

He'll just lose a lot.

I know youbaddressed this, but Garen has a ridiculous number of extras placed into his kit. He has a movement speed buff, removes slows and silence on a move that also increases damage on strike. A move that passively increases armor/mr, reduces all forms of CC and gives him a shield. His spinny move can crit. His ultimate does magic damage and can scale off of his opponents missing health. He's manaless and his passive is a regen of the only resource he has to manage, health.

Thay's a kit that does it all.

He was reworked a few months ago. His old kit was so badly put together compared to this one. Just compare the two. he was not originally like that, no way

So we're going to conveniently ignore the last two and a half years just because at this exact moment in time Alistar is no longer perma-ban worthy?

That doesn't mean that he hasn't been one of the most powerful champions in the game for most of League's lifetime.

2 and a half years? are you serious? He was considered completely useless up until his rework in April 2011. After that he was op for about half a year, considered useless for another half a year. Then his jungle was discovered, then he was repeatedly nerfed to the ground even further, and now he's in his current state in which he's barely a threat. And he's not even considered "old" anymore. He's been reworked like two or 3 times since game's release

Alistar isn't an old champion anymore, since he was reworked. Old alistar passive was extra damage to turrets from autoattacks.

Rework? They gave CC reduction on his W. Moved the cleanse from his Spin to his next on hit attack modifier. Then they stabilized the defensive stat growth on his W. They reduced the duration of the silence on his next on hit modifier. Over time they moved power from the base of his E to the AD scaling of his E to give him late game presence.

All of this happened over time. Some "rework".

lmao

compare the original champs to the versions of them now....

Just compare Original Ezreal and the current Version....

Current Ezreal is so much weaker than the original, and you think there is power creep.

Now this game has the opposite of power creep.

Almost every champ in the game is weaker now than they were originally.

You're right, time to rework Taric!
