First I think the tribunal is great. Self Policing systems are the way to go for managing large random groups of people.

I've only just started with it but the issue that causes me to over-think the process is caused by the difference between a jerk and a completely toxic wannabe. So, it would make it much simpler for me if there were three buttons: "Punish" Warn" and "Pardon".

Also, normally I spend a bit of time with each case, but in one, where the accused was immediately identifiable as a completely toxic wannabe, I too quickly clicked. And I selected: "Pardon". While I'm sure I'll be outvoted, I feel stupid having that judgement attached to me. So I'd like an "Are you sure?" confirmation popup so I can verify my vote. (This popup could have a "don't show this popup again" checkbox (value saved in a cookie, so the implementation is simple, and ) so everyone isn't annoyed by it.
