Since I'm sure you aren't just talking about team fights...
Any CC and burst is deadly in lane. For example an early Morgana stun and an MF burst with ignite is an easy first blood.

Here are two less obvious ones-
Teemo/Nocturne
Caitlyn/Nocturne

Enemy steps on a mushroom/trap and nocturne goes ZOOM

Nunu/Kennen/Amumu ulti = gg like over 4 seconds of straight cc and damge + your adc and top

I always thought that amumu + mf was one of the easiest 2 person combos to pull off. Throw in 3 more people to mop up and gg.

Corki/Leona is absolutely devastating once they get going. Amumu works really well with most anyone, along with Nautilus since their CC is painful and can almost guarantee a flash during a gank.

Cow, Kat, MF, is pretty good if the cow can properly waltz into the middle of everything first. It takes a certain degree of coordination though.

Because they're on the case.

Blitzcrank and Graves/Tristana.

After a pull, dash/jump behind the enemy and use your ult to knock them back even further.
