The Rogue Fae known as Arlya wasn’t always the blood hungry creature she now is. She was a mischievous trickster, like all Faeries but the nature of the Rune Wars have a way of upsetting even the balanced chaos of the Glade that Arlya so enjoyed. She would endeavour to stop the spiralling magic from destroying her perfect home and was ultimately successful in the attempt, at the cost of her good nature and sanity. The Magic brought with it all the greed and evils of the world and it twisted Arlya’s perception of her surroundings, in her mind her Glade was empty, blackened and burned to the ground, the only laughter being the ghostly whispers carried on the burning breeze. Arlya was convinced she had failed and left the Glade.
As she travelled she saw everywhere what uncontrolled magic had done to the world outside her Glade. She grew even more bitter and resentful, worsened by her crushing feeling of loneliness. As she wept uncontrollably she saw a faint magical trail leading to the bodies of a long dead warrior. The warrior wore armour festooned with serpentine symbols and clutched two large curved blades that were covered in a powerful burning poison. With no restraint to pull her back she donned the armour and set off with a new purpose, to cleanse this world in blood and only her death will hold her back.

“There will be balance. By your blood or mine.”

Arlya, the Rogue Fae uses Fury.

Passive- Corrosive Bite.
Arlya’s basic attacks reduce the targets armour by 1/2/3/4 for three seconds, this effect stacks up to five times for a total of 5/10/15/20 armour reduction and can affect multiple targets at the same time. The armour reduction is scaled at level one, six, eleven and sixteen.

Q- Skyward Strike. Cooldown: 14/12.5/11/9.5/8. Range: Melee
Arlya launches her self skyward, delivering a devastating blow to a target enemy. Skyward Strike adds five Fury. The target receives three stacks of Corrosive Bite.
Physical damage: 70/95/120/145/170 (+75% AD)

W- Death’s Embrace. Cooldown: 16/15/13/12/11 Range: 225
Arlya jumps in the air and spins her blades in a circle around her becoming untargetable for 0.75 seconds and deals damage to all enemies around her and bleeding them for 3 seconds. Each enemy hit Grants 2 Fury. Each Target receives two stacks of Corrosive Bite.
Bleed damage over three seconds:30/40/50/60/70.
Physical Damage: 60/90/120/150/180 (+80% AD)

E- Reign of Blood. Cooldown: 20/18/16/14/12
Passive- Arlya benefits from additional Cooldown reduction 2%/4%/6%/8%/10%
Active- Arlya boosts her attack damage based off a percentage of her missing health and gains bonus attack speed by 12% for four seconds. Arlya’s basic attacks heal her for 5% of the damage up to a cap and all Fury generating sources doubles the Fury gained for the duration.
Attack Damage bonus: 1/2/3/4/5, per every 5%/7%/9%/11%/13% missing health
Healing cap: 50/60/70/80/90.

R- Cobra Strike. Cooldown: 50. Cost: 25 Fury Per Dash.
Passive- (Arlya's Fury bar is automatically filled when Cobra Strike is first learned, and her abilities only start to generate Fury once it is learned) Arlya gains 1 Fury every 2.5 seconds and 2 for every auto attack.
Active- When Arlya has 100 fury she can use Cobra Strike to dash towards the cursor, dealing damage to all enemies he hits, in the next 10 seconds she can use Cobra Strike three more times before going on cooldown, dealing 10% less damage each time. Cobra Strike does not grant Fury when active. Cobra Strike applies a stack or Corrosive Bite to all targets hit. Consecutive Hits on the same Target have 20% reduced AD bonus
Damage to initial targets: 85/100/115 (+100% AD)
Minimum Damage dealt: 59.5/70/80.5 (+70% AD)

Changing the way her abilities interact with her passive. Her abilities no longer add Corrosive Bite but her basic abilities have additional effects when hitting a target that has full stacks of Corrosive Bite.
Skyward Strike knocks its target up if they have full stacks of Corrosive Bite.
Death's Embrace name change to Savage Wings, no longer makers her untargetable. Applies a brief damage reduction buff of 5/7/9/11/13% to her if she hits a target with full Corrosive Bite stacks.
Cobra Strike renamed to Quicksilver Viper, Fury remains the same. Now costs 100 Fury to activate and has three dashes in a period of 10 seconds. No longer has a cooldown and just needs 100 Fury to activate at any time.

The idea is really cool. I like the concept. Except honestly, she seems underpowered. She lacks a major gap closer besides W pre-6 (and you still need fury for R), which isn't too much range, seems easily kited like Udyr. I'd like the idea of an AD% ratio on her bleed also. Seems to be a cool jungler post-6, but kind of lackluster before then. The ultimate is really powerful, but not too powerful seeing as this is the only long range gapcloser. I'd like to see her turn into an anti-carry though, with a major gapcloser, the 20% AD reduction from R is really a punishment for being out of position as an ADC.

But 100 fury seems like a lot considering the cooldowns.

Also!

I will continue to work on her abilities and I did the first mechanics change to make her better at cleaning up fights and contributing.
