Hattori, the Shinobi

Goal: A throwback to classic ninja. Assassin, hybrid ranged/melee and AD/AP. Fragile but hits hard with decent damage and CC. Lore to come, involved with the rest of the Energy Ninja.


Base Stats
Health: 375 + 95 per level
Energy: 100

Attack Damage: 52 + 3 per level
Attack Speed: 0.655 + 3% per level
Range: 125 (Melee)

Armor: 14 + 3 per level
Magic Resistance: 30

Movement Speed: 325


Passive: Meditation
Hattori restores 5 Energy per second when out of combat for 5 seconds.


Q: Resonance Dagger/Belled Kunai
Cost: 2 Energy/attack when Active
Cooldown: Toggle


Inactive: 15/20/25/30/35 Attack Damage bonus to basic attacks while inactive, restores 5 Energy per attack.

On basic attack on a target with Resonance stacks, removes all Resonance stacks and deals (5/15/25/35/45 + 0.35 AD) damage for each Resonance stack. If 5 Resonance stacks are removed, stuns the enemy for 1 second.

Active: +350 attack range as Hattori switches to using kunai throwing knives, which gives a single Resonance stack on hit lasting (and grants vision) for 3 seconds. When a sixth Resonance stack is added to a target all Resonance stacks are removed, the target is slowed from 10% to 25/35/45/55/65% over 3/4/5/6/7 seconds and constantly grants vision within 50 range of the target.


W: Body Substitution Technique
Cost: 50 energy
CD: 14/13/12/11/10 seconds

Duration: 5 seconds

Effects On Ally: The next time targeted ally is hit by a basic attack or skill, if Hattori is within 400 range, they disappear in a cloud of smoke to be replaced by Hattori himself, who takes 75/70/65/60/55% of the total damage while the ally takes 25%. Ally is displaced 400 range towards Hattori's last location.

Effects On Self: The next time Hattori is hit by a basic attack or skill, he only takes 75/65/55/45/35% of the total damage and disappears in a cloud of smoke, leaving behind a log of wood dressed in his shirt (1 hp, 0 armor, 0 MRes, provides no vision and has a small piece of paper with "lol" taped to it). Hattori reappears 100 range away, stealthed for 1/1.2/1.4/1.6/2.0 seconds or on his first movement, attack or ability use.

For both: His next basic attack deals an extra (50/75/100/125/150 +0.5 AD +0.35 AP) Magic Damage if he strikes from behind an enemy.


E: Pinning Technique
1st Press
Cost: 40/45/50/55/60
Cooldown: 20/18/16/14/12
Range: 600

Effects: Hattori throws up one kunai knife at target location (AoE 150), followed by a rain of them to return with wire strung between them and pin (snare) a single target enemy champion in place for 0.5/0.75/1/1.25/1.5 seconds and dealing 35/55/75/95/115 + 0.95 AD as physical damage. (Hidden debuff 'Marked for 2nd' on champions hit)

2nd Press:
Cost: 30
Cooldown: Fades 3 seconds after end of snare.
Range: 600

Effects: Hattori throws out a second wave of kunai wire-fed knives at a single target champion hit by his knives, dealing 45/55/65/75/85 + 0.75 AP Magical damage. He pulls himself forward on these ropes as well as pulling the target champion towards him.


R: Storm of Dust and Blade
Cost: 100 Energy
Cooldown: 120/100/80/60
Range: 600, centered on self

Channel Duration: 5 Seconds

Effects: Hattori flings out kunai knives and with the wires attached, whirls them around. Enemies caught in the AoE are slowed for 50/60/70% and blinding them as he fills the AoE with dust, damaging each enemy for 100/150/200 + 0.55 AD + 0.85 AP Magic Damage on first hit.

Cleansing Breath

During the channeling, selected single target enemy champion within 600 range is blown 400 range (-4 range per 0.05 seconds missing from Channel Duration) away from Hattori, and dealt an additional ((150/200/300 + 1 AP + 1 AD) - 1% for each 0.05 seconds missing from Channel Duration) as Physical Damage.

one thing his passive is useless, other ninjas in the game restore 10energy even when in combat....
