I don't think that the League system is fair

I don't mean this as a crying thread or something like that, nor do I believe in 'ELO hell' or anything.

So, point is, newer players in Ranked (whether good or bad) can have natrually high MMR, being that if they play 4 games and win 3, get carried, have a lucky game etc (assuming they aren't good) they then get matched up with people in Silver that have about 200 games played. Along with duo-queue.

So pretty much, I look at my team, say I'm first or 2nd pick, and I have 113 wins, more wins than losses as well, while the last pick on my team has literally 3 wins. I don't quite understand how this is very fair.

On top of that, the game literally takes away/gives you LP according to whether it thought you would lose or not. So if the game can assume you would lose to the other team, why would it pit you against them, especially when the wins on my team are generally around 50 while the other team has over 250.
