Just a quick note fellow summoners this is my own small in depth version of Talon's lore. I hoped to stay true to the character wile also adding a little flare to the existing lore. So enjoy and please leave feedback...P.S. this is my first fan fiction for anything so let me know if there is anything I could perhaps work on.

All was still. Darkness had cloaked Noxus and the thrill of hunt was in the air. Hunger guided his actions, quick wit kept him in check, and his old friend the blade kept him alive. Talon was no stranger to turmoil and his best friends were the back alleys of his city. For as long as he could remember he scraped by a living stealing scraps and taking each day in stride. Rarely was he ever caught and if he was it was rarer still that his witness lived. For years he stayed his course and perfected his craft. Experience was his teacher for it was unforgiving, brutal, and fair. Each failure was a chastise and each success was a reward in its own right until Talon was sure that no man in Noxus nor its vast army could match him blade for blade. He became notorious throughout the city. Countless men fell to his blade and some even offered him allegiance to the noxus army. Talon's decline was delivered in a silver envelope sealed with a crimson kiss. He was incredulous. Could these men really be the best the noxus army had to offer? Talon fought as well as they did when he was merely a boy and now he was a man grown and they never stood a chance. Growing up on the streets taught Talon that strength and skill reign supreme and he would never surrender his own strength to take orders from a lesser man.
The night air that stung Talon's face was cold but reassuring. When the winds grew harsh tempers flared and guardsmen made mistakes. Talon ran through his master plan several times over in his head as he gazed upon the jewel of masonry he sought to infiltrate. First he was to coax the gate guard into action. It wouldn't prove challenging Talon took care to strike during a specific shift where the gate would be manned by Eldridge Blackwater a known drunkard around the city. Following the quick dispatch of Blackwater he would dawn his clothing and pose as one of the noble's guards. However, thing's became interesting after step two. Talon's mark was a wealthy noble by the name of Sir Pheles. Pheles was paranoid, always changing his guard. This meant that know man knew too much about Sir Pheles yet this meant Sir Pheles wouldn't recognize an imposter. Talon himself had never seen the man. A double edged sword yet it was a gamble Talon was willing to take. After infiltrating the guard Talon would escort Sir Pheles up to his chambers where he would either pay in gold or pay in blood whichever outcome Talon would be satisfied. There was no doubt Sir Pheles head would still fetch a bounty to some jealous knave in noxus.
Like clockwork Talon's plan went into action. The Gatekeeper as anticipated was in a stupor and much to Talon's satisfaction he even passed out. Slowly the assailant crept up and plunged his dagger through the man's throat while simultaneously dragging him out of sight. In his new garb Talon rendezvoused with the other guard and escorted Pheles to his chamber. At first Talon was a bit taken aback. The stories of this man were of a slovenly heavy set man. The way Sir Pheles carried himself reminded Talon of well his own stature. His walk told the story of a man who had seen hardship, a man who had known war, and perhaps the most memorable thing a man who could handle a blade.
The time finally came when Talon and Pheles were alone and it was time for Talon to reveal his checkmate. In grand flourish Talon tore off his disguise and brandished his blade. In a whirl of steel he charged Pheles and aimed to kill. Much to his surprise Talon was expertly parried. "Who are you?" Talon inquired. "Who I am is of no importance. We are men who pledge life to the blade and we shall speak through our combat. Now come boy you fancy yourself an assassin finish your work...if u can."
Talon answered the challenge with grim ferocity and determination. Blades whirled sweat dropped down his brow and his body was given several crimson badges. Who was this man? Never before had Talon faced an equal and until now he questioned if one ever existed. In a final act of desperation Talon let loose his blade but to no avail. He stared at the master swordsman through the point of his sword. The final thought to cross through his mind was that he had lived by the blade and it would be fitting do die by it as well. Again this man full of surprises surprised him further. With a flourish he sheathed his blade and examined Talon. "Why?" was all Talon could muster in his exhausted state. "Why? because the ability to take a life does not always justify doing so. I have a larger role for you to play boy. The noxus army could use your talents and I think it is a more fitting use of your time then distracting drunkards and assailing nobles. So what do you say? Would you accept my invitation into the Noxian High Command?" Talon mulled over his options. After a moment he replied "and if I refuse?" Quicker then Talon could track the man had once again replaced the air a millimeter from Talon's throat with an ominous steel kiss. The man answered "then you shall die" putting an end to any further argument. Throughout the entire fight and conversation Talon had been in awe of this man. Not only did he best Talon in combat he knew every move before Talon had made it. This man was an artist in combat and his unfortunate adversary was his canvas. "I will join you" Talon decided. "Excellent" the man said with genuine satisfaction. "I must tell you boy that final maneuver it was most impressive. It was as if the shadows themselves joined your assault." Talon allowed himself a slight smile in the face of the compliment. "Before I join you I have one provision" Talon warned. "And what would that be boy?" the man replied. "I will accept only orders from you for if I can kill a man then I can just as easily disobey his orders and get things done in my own fashion" Talon explained. "Very well. You will answer only to me." " A final question" Talon requested. The man made no reply but his expression conveyed consent. "What is your name?" The man answered with a small bow and a curt "General Du Couteau at your service".
Talon remained in the shadows, carrying out secret missions on Du Couteau's behalf and doing himself and the general proud with every success. Things went on as per usual until one day Talon's mentor had disappeared. The night before the general had promised Talon he would deliver his next mission and it would be his finest work yet. However, Talon was left alone in Couteau's study and in place of the general there was a small note. Talon opened the letter and read three simple words League of Legends. All his life Talon had fought for nothing and the general had given him purpose, with the general now gone Talon had once again lost his way. After many sleepless nights thinking of where the general had gone and how Talon could get him back he decided to follow the only lead he had. The League of Legends.
"Why do you wish to join the league?"
"I once had cause for my action but no longer. I wish to join the institute of war to regain that which has been lost and once again fight for something."
"Do you fight for any one banner? Have you any allegiances?"
"Your 'allegiances' mean nothing to me."
With that final comment Talon made his way. He was eager to carve a path through the fields of justice and to hopefully find the man that gave him purpose.

Very good! I like the insight into Talon's life.

I'd only suggest breaking up the paragraphs into more readable chunks
