Bring back the old Bloodrazor, or at least move Kitae's Bloodrazor to shops in summoners rift, because im tired of playing games against people that just stack warmogs or anything with a giants belt and nothing to counter them with. It seems almost every game theres that one (or more) fed champion that can't be killed because he has 5k hp and 30 hp regen a second. Its getting really old really fast. So, bring Bloodrazor to summoners rift.
And no, Blade of the Ruined King Doesn't cut it, it should be MAX HP not CURRENT.

Or change the cutlass in BotRK's recipe to a stinger. More diverse and effective item, as well as cheaper to grab when they start stacking.

I suppose more attack speed on Blade of the Ruined King would make up for it not being max hp damage.

Blade of the Ruined King is just not powerful enough to counter health. It should be based on max health, not current health. Mean while Garen's Ult is just crazy,

Ugh I am sorry but I am so tired of people crying about Madred's, it is gone and won't come back. BotRK is great and actually it does more damage the more health they have. But it needs attack speed to work properly. Just have the ADC and APC pick up Liandry's and BotRK and focus the fed player. Generally if you have smart team fights then you can focus him down.

Want to know how to counter a fed player? Stack health and armor, counter their attack with a resistance. Sure your damage will take a back seat for a bit but what is more important, last hitting easier or surviving?

I have played plenty of games with a fed character and you just have to play passive and kind of ignore them, ward up and don't get caught out. Eventually it will even out.

BotRK seems so counterintuitive at points

Oh it's the *new* Madreds as they put it for on-hit characters to use.

It has lifesteal and its active scale with AD so you're not getting the most out of it if you build straight AS. So it's for ADCs?

The thing is, Riot's trying to cater to two roles with one item, ADCs and on-hit characters, but in doing so, cause BotRK to go into this sort of limbo where it's only really useful on very certain characters like Jax or for others like Zed solely based on the active being an additional AD nuke.

Reintroducing a Bloodrazor equivalent that's actually cost efficient would go a long way in helping all of those characters that fell by the wayside with the AS nerfs.
