Short and simple, any ability that stealths your champion will disable the functionality of attack moving. For example, Vayne ult -> Tumble.
While this behavior is intended in the sense it's designed to prevent you from accidentally breaking your invisibility by attacking, it's counter-intuitive because if you're attack moving, then clearly, you want to be hitting things. If I did not want to break my invisibility, I would use regular move commands instead.
Attack move is an extremely important mechanic that AD carries rely on to space and output consistent damage in fights, and champions such as Vayne suffer from awkward mechanics due to quirks like this.
