Numbers probably need a bit of tweaking, but I hope that the concept is understandable. Here's a wiki page for ease of reading and images:

Health: 375 (+74) l Attack damage: 52 (+3)
Health regen: 4.5 (+0.55) l Attack speed: 0.625 (+2%)

-Innate: Eternal Knowledge:
Synth gains a permanent 2 ability power for every 1 minute that has passed.

-Q: Element of Fire:
Synth throws a sphere of fire towards target area, dealing magic damage to each enemy that it passes through. This sphere will remain at the target area for 3 seconds, dealing magic damage every 0.5 seconds.
Range: 900
Cooldown: 12
Cost: 80 / 85 / 90 / 95 / 100 mana
Magic Damage passing through: 70 / 95 / 120 / 145 / 170 (+ 60% AP)
Magic damage per 0.5 seconds: 5 / 10 / 15 / 20 / 25 (+ 10% AP)
Maximum Magic Damage: 100 / 155 / 210 / 265 / 320 (+ 120% AP)
Projectile Speed: 1800
Diameter of AOE: 300

-W: Element of Water:
Synth places a whirlpool at target area for 3 seconds, slowing enemies in it and pulling them towards its center over the duration.
Range: 800
Cooldown: 12
Cost: 60 / 75 / 90 / 105 / 120 mana
Slow: 20% / 30% / 40% / 50% / 60%
Diameter of Whirlpool: 400
Pull distance per 0.5 seconds: 50


-E: Element of Earth:
Synth raises an impassable stalagmite from the ground at target point, dealing magic damage to nearby enemies. This stalagmite will remain out for 3 seconds.
Range: 900
Cooldown: 12
Cost: 80 mana
Magic damage: 70 / 110 / 150 / 190 / 230 (+ 70% AP)
Diameter of Stalagmite: 150
Diameter of impact damage: 300


-R: Arcane Experiment:
Synth places a circle of magical science at target area, fusing all elements inside it to create a combined elemental effect at the center of the ring. Effects will be based on what elements were combined.
Range: 800
Cooldown: 12
Cost: 100 mana
Diameter of Ring: 600

Element of Fire + Element of Water:
Thick steam flows around the area for 3 seconds, dealing magic damage every 0.5 seconds. Enemies inside this steam are slowed, have reduced attack speed, and increased casting animation.
Magic damage per 0.5 seconds: 30 / 45 / 60 (+ 20% AP)
Maximum Magic Damage: 180 / 270 / 360 (+ 120% AP)
Slow: 30% / 45% / 60%
Attack speed reduction: 10% / 15% / 20%
Casting animation increase: 20% / 35% / 50%
Diameter of AOE: 500

Element of Water + Element of Earth:
The surrounding ground becomes quicksand for 3 seconds, severely slowing enemies in it. Every 1 second, the quicksand sinks and will snare all enemies in it for 0.5 seconds.
Slow: 40% / 60% / 80%
Diameter: 500

Element of Fire + Element of Earth:
An impassable volcano erupts from the ground. This volcano will remain out for 3 seconds and will expel molten rocks every 0.5 seconds, dealing magic damage to nearby enemies.
Magic damage per 0.5 seconds: 50 / 70 / 90 (+ 25% AP)
Maximum Magic Damage: 300 / 420 / 540 (+ 150% AP)
Diameter of Volcano: 200
Diameter of AOE damage: 300

Element of Fire + Element of Water + Element of Earth:
A massive elemental explosion occurs, dealing magic damage to nearby enemies.
Magic damage: 200 / 350 / 500 (+ 80% AP)
Diameter of AOE: 700

Interesting. All in all a very good champion, my once concern is the damage. A 500 damage ability with 80% AP stacking and a twelve second cooldown is OP. Some of the others in the ult are a little OP as well, but that's the worst of them. All in all though, he is a very good champion, one I'd like to play. All you need to do is add a few tweaks.

Interesting idea. Lots of fear in his kit that really goes well with his lore. I feel like he could be played as a Tanky AP/Tanky support, to take advantage of his passive and to help the team out with his constant fears. The overall fear durations might need to be toned down, but it's hard to tell.
