Rune Advice Please

Hey everyone, I'm in the process of gathering IP to build my second rune page, but after looking them over, I really can't make a decision on what would work well for me. Some advice would really be appreciated...

So far for my first page I have:
9 greater attack speed marks (+15%)
9 greater evasion seals (6.8%)
9 greater flat cdr glyphs (5,85%)
3 greater MS quints (4.5%)

These work really great for a variety of champs I play, especially ones like Jax. But, I either need a good tank page or a good AP page (whichever is more useful).

Some of my most played champs that would benefit from other pages:
Mordekaiser
Amumu
Galio
Shen*
Vladimir*
Kog Maw*
Ezreal*
Kennen
Udyr
MF

*=most played champions (Jax and Shen are my mains)

I use generic caster runes for galio:
MP5/lvl yellow
CDR blues
MPen reds
HP quints

Other good runes to pick up, in general:

Marks:
Magic Penetration - good for most tanks and mages, as they greatly increase the magic damage you do.
Armor Penetration - great for physical champions

Seals:
Armor - Slightly more consistent than dodge for jungling
MP/5/level - Keep your champions fueled
HP/level - Decent overall survivability


Glyphs:
MR - Good early game against magic-using champs
MR/level - Good later game against magic-using champs
MP/5/level - If you want the mana regen but are using your Seals for something else

Quints:
Armor Penetration - One of the only decent options besides HP, can give a lot of early game advantage and scales well into the lategame
Flat HP - One of the best Quint options in the game, makes you much sturdier in the early game.

Specifically for the champs you've got, I'd recommend these setups.

(Mark, Seal, Glyph, Quint)
Mordekaiser - MPen, Armor, MR or MR/level or CDR, HP or MS
Amumu - MPen, MP/5/level, MP/5/level, HP. Or if jungle, AS, Armor, MP/5/level, HP
Galio - MPen, MP/5/level, MR or MR/level, HP
Shen* - MPen, Armor, MR or MR/level or CDR, HP (sub in AS over Mpen for jungle)
Vladimir* - MPen, Armor or Dodge, MR or MR/level or CDR, HP
Kog Maw* - AS, MP/5/level or Dodge, MP/5/level or MR, HP
Ezreal* - ArPen, MP/5/level, MP/5/level, HP or ArPen
Kennen - MPen, Armor, MR or MR/level or CDR, HP
Udyr - AS, Armor, MP/5/level or CDR, HP
MF - ArPen, MP/5/level, MP/5/level, ArPen or HP or MS

Basically it seems like you have a lot of magic-damaging non-mana champs on this list (Morde, Shen, Vlad, Kennen), so I'd recommend going MPen, Armor/Dodge, MR/MRlevel/CDR, HP as your second page.

Thanks also for good advice.
I was totally in the dark about runes, admittedly my own fault, and bought some silly choices when purchasing my first T3 runes.
Now I have a better idea, and will use the above info as well to make better rune choices.
I like to play caster/support often(Heimers a favorite, at mid often), as well as a tanky Amumu, any tips for Amumu would be most appreciated.
Also more in general advice is welcome, this is an area a lot of newbies struggle to come to grips with.
