I, like many other summoners, have enjoyed the many champions the league has to offer, but are saddened by the lack of a true wrestling themed champion in the roster.

I however have a solution.

Behold! Hazard, the Mask of Zaun. (I apologize in advance for the crummy copy-paste from notepad)

Attributes: Fighter, Melee, Support, Tank.

Haymaker strikes (Passive)

Hazard charges his next basic attack to dash him a short distance
toward his target dealing extra damage and dazing the target,
stunning them for a short duration. This effect refreshes
every 10 seconds.

{-Range of dash: 125 + Auto attack range (125) = 250
-Damage: 5 damage per level
-Duration of stun: 0.5 seconds}

Q - Toxic Grip: (rework on this skill pending; still deciding on what it should do)

Hazard will jump a short distance to a nearby champion and
suppress them in a grapple hold,
but also rooting himself in place and rendering himself
unable to attack for the duration. While rooted, Hazard's next
ability will have a different effect when cast.
Hazard may be knocked out of his hold by any hard Crowd Control, ending all its effects.

{-Cost: 100 mana
-Cooldown 20/18/16/14/12 seconds
-Range of jump: 200/250/300/350/400
-Duration of suppression} 1.25/1.5/1.75/2/2.25 seconds}

W - Lariat:

(Passive): Hazard ignores unit collision

(Active): Hazard extends his arms and spins wildly, inflicting damage
to any units nearby and knocking any Minions or monsters away
from him.

{-Cost: 30/35/40/45/50 mana
-Cooldown: 10/9/8/7/6
-Radius of AoE: 370
-Damage of AoE: 75/115/155/195/235 + 80% of bonus AD}

(Toxic Grip Bonus): Size-up

Hazard will butt heads with enemy in his grip, inflicting damage and knocking them
a short distance away from him.


(Toxic Grip Bonus-
-Cost: N/A
-Damage from hit: 85/115/145/175/205 + 60% total AD)


E - Off The Ropes:

(Passive): Hazard gains a percentage boost to his maximum health per level.
*Health % per level 2/4/6/8/10%*

(Active): Hazard pays a small amount of health to recklessly hurl himself in
the direction of the cast, inflicting damage to any enemies hit and dragging
them the duration. Enemies who collide with terrain while being pushed
will cancel the dash, but take additional damage and will be stunned for a
short duration.

{-Cost: 30/50/70/90/110 Health
-Cool Down: 22/20/18/16/14
-Distance of hurl: 700
-Damage from hit: 60/110/160/210/260 + 60% of total AD
-Additional impact damage: 25/50/75/100/125 + 40% of total AD
-Duration of Collide stun: 1.5 seconds}

(Toxic Grip Bonus): Airborne

Hazard will violently throw The enemy in his grip into the air which will inflict damage, and apply a slow upon landing.

(Toxic Grip Bonus-
-Cost: N/A
-Duration of slow: 1.5 seconds
-Amount of slow: 20/30/40/50/60%
- Airborne duration: About the same as a Power Fist from Blitz Crank (not sure what the actual value is but this gives an idea)
-Damage from hit: 85/130/175/220/265 + 60% of Bonus AD)


R - 'On My Level:

Hazard gains a flat increase to his armor, magic resistance, attack damage
and crowd control reduction for a duration. Hazard's attacks will also deal
additional physical damage equal to a percent of the enemies maximum health
and his damaging abilities will deal bonus damage equal to a percentage of the
enemies missing health (both values are capped against monsters).

{Cost: 100 mana
-Cooldown: 130/115/100 seconds
-Duration: 12 seconds
-Flat increase to Armor, Magic Resist, Attack Damage: 20/30/40
-CC reduction: 10/15/20%
-% damage from basic attacks: 1/2/3% of maximum health (max 120 damage to monsters)
-% damage from abilities: 5/10/15% of missing health (max 250 damage to monsters)}

(Toxic Grip Bonus): Hazard Hammer

Hazard will jump high in the air with his the enemy in his grip and slam them into
the ground using his signature move,inflicting damage and stunning them for a short duration. Hazard is untargetable for the duration.

(-Cost: 75 mana
-Cool Down: Each time 'On My Level comes off Cooldown, this ability
comes off Cooldown as well. When 'On My Level's buff duration ends
or this ability is activated, this ability goes on Cooldown.
-Damage from slam: 170/295/420 + 135% of Bonus AD
-Airborne duration: 1 second
-Stun duration: 1 seconds)

Health: 445 (+88x lvl) Attack Damage:52 (+3x lvl)
Health regen: 7.9 (+1x lvl) Attack Speed:0.643 (+0.94%x lvl)
Mana: 240 (+45 x level) Armor: 18 (+2.7x lvl)
Mana regen: 6.2 (+ 0.4x lvl) MR: 30 (+1x lvl)
Range:125 Movement Speed: 330

Lore:

Zaun is known much for it's industrial advancements (as well as it's destructive tendencies), but few are well acquainted
to the underground facilities it bolsters. Between the gambling rings and immoral beast fighting there are many places to satisfy the
scum of the streets. But non of them held a torch to the glorious spectacles held in the various underground circuits of fighters ready
to battle to the death for the enjoyment of petty gamblers and for a chance at the pot.

"The Hazard" is what they called him; A man whom was famously known by those with knowledge of the circuit. Every
challenger faced by The Hazard had met a glorious and brutal end to their extremely Hazardous foe. He was in his prime; There was no man in Zaun
who was able to best him in his element.

That was until he eventually had found the one that could.

The Hazard was left a bloody and beaten mess, however his opponent had refused take his life.The man believed the underground circuits were
immoral and that nobody should partake in the meaningless slaughters of their fellow man. The Hazard didn't feel this way, however. He was enraged that
he was left alive to face the shame of admitting defeat to such a coward and swore that he would one day return to take the life of the one who
had dishonored him so.
However, The Hazard's body was broken and he was left unable to contest any longer; His revenge would never become a reality.
That was until he caught word of the Mad Chemist Singed and his works with Bio-Chemical Augmentation. Singed was delighted to hear he would have a test subject
to break at his will when The Hazard had made an appearance before him with an offer to take his body to further his work in exchange for enhancing it
so that he may one day exact his
vengeance.
Through many months in painful agony from the doses of the Mad Chemist's brutal toxins, The Hazard had again found himself in peak condition;
Stronger and faster than any man before him. However, these changes came with a price; His face had been marred beyond recognition by the deadly
toxins that now pulsed through his polluted veins. Upon taking up his mask and making his stage alius his one true identity and discarding anything that
remained of his former self, The Hazard made his way into the Council of War in the hopes of finding the man Who had dishonored him. Through his
exploits in the league The hazard hoped to track down the man that had destroyed his honor and finally bringing his insatiable appetite for revenge into its
epilogue.

Also, tearing up a few foes on the Fields of Justice seemed pretty fun too.

-For anybody who actually made it to this point, let me know what you think. Also, as mentioned by another summoner I was thinking that maybe he should carry around a signature weapon on his back and he interacts with it during some of his moves (critical strikes, taunt, his Toxic Grip enhanced ultimate); A chair used in his last match before he had been defeated. He carries it around to remind him of his shame and to one day redeem his honor with it. What do you guys think?

Duration of 'On My Level adjusted from 15 seconds to 12 seconds.

I think that the last level of his R (standard one) gives a bit too much Armor, MR, and AD. I personally think it would be more balanced if it was 40 or 45. Other than that I'd love to see this champ in LoL. Nice work!

I don't know why but this reminds me of El Generico. Maybe rename the No Holds Barred ability on his R to Brainbustaaaaahhhhh!!!!!

......My post was not seen I hope. I feel absolutely retarded. I thought i was in General Discussion......looked at the top and was like oh wait....I'm home already.....lol damn. Anyway, as a breif overview, the synergy of this champion is really good, everything works together. I believe I've found my candidate for the next featured champion for my synergy AMA.
