[Champion Suggestion] Kuei, the Living Hurricane

Attribute: Mage, Pusher, Ranged

Innate: Power of Winds
Increase Kuei magic resist by 5% for each nearby allied champion.

Q: Squall
Kuei fires a projectile breath attack that hits the first enemy in its path, doing 60/80/100/120/140 (+15% of Kuei max AP) in magic damage and slowing all nearby enemies in the arena around by 25% for 3.5 seconds.
Cost: 70/80/90/100/110 mana
Range: 800
Cool-Down: 11/11/11/11/11

W: Graceful Winds
Kuei ignore unit collision and start with a wind buff increasing his movement speed by 30% for 5 seconds. Each time Kuei cross a enemy champion, he gain a wind buff increasing his movement speed by 10% and reduce the cool-down of all Kuei spells by 1second for each enemy champion cross (max: 50%).
Cost: 80 mana
Range: 0
Cool-Down: 23/22/21/20/19

E: Tornado
Kuei summons a tornado at a target location slowing all enemy in the arena by 25% and dealing, 80/120/150/180/210 (+15% of Kuei max AP) in magic damage after 2.75 seconds and knocking enemy in the zone in the air for 1.5/1.75/2/2.5/2.75 seconds.
Cost: 50/70/90/110/130 mana
Range: 575
Cool-Down: 14/13.5/13/12.5/12

Ulti: Hurricane
Kuei summons a huge hurricane dealing, 90/130/170 (+20% of Kuei max AP) in magic damage per second for 4 seconds. All enemy inside the cyclone receive a buff call, mark of the wind. This buff increase the duration of the spell effect on enemy by 2/3/4 seconds. The buff disapeer while Cyclone become on cool-down.
Cost: 100/120/140 mana
Range: 700
Cool-Down: 105.5/101.3/97.1

Passive: 15% bonus AP for each nearby ally? 60% AP and 75% MPen during teamfights? I don't think I need to explain how broken this is, let alone a 15% flat bonus AP.

Q: 45% slow for 3 seconds is a LOT. the damage is REALLY weak for an 11 sec skillshot. This is the same thing as Kha'zix's W only a LOT weaker.

W: you are being extremely vague with this spell.

E: You are still being extremely vague

R: Just so you know, Tornado and Cyclone are technically the same thing; They are called different things in different parts of the world, but remain the same weather phenomenon.

You're still being cryptic about what this spell actually does. You don't need 5 instances of scaling; ultimates only have 3 ranks

As a whole, you desperately need to understand how to balance a champion before you're going to post numbers. You have so many numbers that just don't make sense. 105.5 sec cooldown? what?

You need to work on your communication skills and clear portrayal of spells' abilities. Understand what kinds of words are used with the existing champions' spells and use those words again to accurately convey the meaning you want to give. Actively try to improve your grammar and it will make you seem 10x more intelligent and respectable.

Learn more about the current champions (all of them) and completely understand this game.

Once you have an above average knowledge of every single champion and every single item in the game, THEN you can start reading some of the design guides from this forum. There is a nice compilation of guides in the sticky thread.

If you don't want to try and get better at champcrafting (it's VERY obvious you are new) then don't post here. The point of this forum is to grow as a creative designer.

part of growing as a creative designer involves actually CONVERSING with people about the changes you make, letting them know you made changes, why you made changes, what you hope to accomplish with the changes, and simply showing that you acknowledged the criticism.

Make a change log, tell people what you changed and why, and actually talk...

5% spellvamp per champ is inferior to Morgana's passive spellvamp

E is really a lot like cho'gath's Q now that I think about it.
