Absolutely PATHETIC Riot Support

Sorry if this is the wrong forum to post this in, but I don't see where else to make a complaint about Riot support.

I bet this post will probably be closed by a moderator, even though I am told to discuss my issue on the forums by the support staff.

Recently I was given a warning for poor behavior, a few days later I was then given a suspension for actions prior to my warning. Now I felt this made the warning redundant and I wanted to raise the issue with someone from Riot, so I submitted a request. My request was answered in an hour and a half, but poorly.

First I was given a response which did NOT address my issue at all. I then replied by saying I felt like my issue was not addressed and restated my issue. I was then given another response which also didn't have anything to do with what I was asking. I then asked that my request be transferred to another Riot support staff because this one obviously wasn't reading what I was writing. I was then given this response:

Now I was not satisfied with that, the issue had been closed when clearly I was unsatisfied with the responses given, it felt like the support staff did not even read what I wrote, rather they just copy paste responses off a big web page. This was later proven when I resubmitted another request straight after the first was closed, this one taking 5 days to answer (I feel they ignored it because it was a complaint about service) and lo and behold I was given an IDENTICAL answer to my first request

Each time the issue is just closed on me, doesn't matter if I think it's resolved, it's not like I'M the one with the issue looking for some answers.

This is just so god damned pathetic, you can train chimps to CTRL + V, it would probably take less than 5 days too. I just wanted an answer to my question and instead I am met with generic pasted responses. How can you even call that support, they don't read what you write.

Get some proper support Riot, an automated response of someone giving me the middle finger would be more helpful than the **** pasted back to me.

maybe you shouldn't have gotten banned in the first place?

also, you should probably post where they told you to.

just be glad this isn't OP support. I hear War Z is pretty bad.

Kieshwa, you shouldn't complain about others not knowing how to read when you apparently don't know how either. Hell, you failed to even click a link right! You're on the PVP.net discussion forum, not the tribunal discussion forum.

They clearly said they didn't know whether or not it was the right forum to post it in.. No, they didn't misread.. Rather they read it quite clearly, they just did not know whether or not it was the suitable forum to post in. The REAL problem is why you don't have your original message posted.

The reason you got a copy/paste message is because you're attempting to refute a tribunal ruling. Refuting a tribunal ruling = copy paste message. It's not Riot's fault that there are SO many people like you, trying to do what you're doing.

Your issue is that you got banned and you don't like it. Plain and simple. It's not the support staff, it's you misunderstanding your situation. The reason why you're not satisfied is because you are stupid and/or stubborn.

What he said isn't at all inaccurate, Zarkof. Their support system simply put is a bunch of premade copy and pasted messages.. They send them over and over again. There is no actual addressing of the problem.. Simply a premade response that gives no answer at all to the given "ticket".
