I eat quite a lot.. like a big burger + Large fries + large onion or large curly fries..
or like Pho with 2 extra sides of noodles added...
I donno why I like to eat so much as a time. I don't eat snackes.. I dislike candy/chips for most part.
but after eating my meal, I just feel so bad and depressed. I am not too sure why..
I am not fat or anything.. 5'11" , 158 pounds, but my state of mind makes me wonder if this is a disorder or something..

High fructose corn syrup has been linked to compulsive overeating.
try eating healthier choices, or if that dosnt work go for a run or something before and after you eat to feel better

you eat big meals because you don't snack...it's healthier to eat 5-6 small meals with lots of fruit and vegetables throughout the day than 3 huge ones

The quantity of food you stated isn't really a lot and you're a little undersized for your height, I myself am 5'8 175 so you shouldn't really worry about it
