Does anyone know if Kayle's E triggers the AoE effects of Hydra on the target at range? If so, does the Hydra trigger on-hit effects from BC, Wits End, BoTRK etc?

Kayle should never build Hydra or Hurricane

everything but the hydra, unless youre in melee mode. Her E classifies her as a ranged champ when its active, so it doesnt work

Righteous Fury
COOLDOWN: 16COST: 45 Mana

ACTIVE: Kayle harnesses her righteous fury for 10 seconds, granting her bonus magic damage on her attacks and increasing her attack range by 400 (to 525). Additionally, attacks on non-tower units create an area of effect that deals magic damage equal to a percentage of her attack damage plus the same on-hit magic damage to surrounding enemies.

So even though the spell increases her melee attack range dramatically, the game counts her melee attacks as ranged attacks once this spell is cast?

Yes, somebody does know (huehuehue).

No, Hydra splash does not trigger on-hit effects.
