Why do all of my "punish" votes seem to be in the strong majority, while all of my "pardon" votes seem to be in the minority, very few, or my favorite "almost no one"? I feel like the tribunal has become a major mix up, with everyone wielding ban hammers. There are effectively "all chiefs, no indians". Sure, everyone has a bad day, or gets angry at someone who may or may not be having a bad day. This said, however, I feel as though the general attitude amongst the tribunal has become a venomous place where people take out their anger on players in not only anonymity, but with brutal effectiveness.

You can't even get IP for spamming Punish anymore. You'd think this would make people evaluate cases better, but nope, people still just spam Punish.
