AD Carry with a Whip that's ulti is a toggle (think Swain style) of him riding his pet and getting off his pet.

Just to switch the momentum form kits (also bump), I think a "female Rengar" would make for an interesting AD Carry.

Make it two champions together. Like Nunu.

Two children a kind of ying/yang. Holding hands or a skipping rope, with one of them being at the front so you're only moving one entity, like Nunu. It could even be one child, with a void empowered shadow / friend. Weapon would be a slingshot.

Q = Ranged skillshot. Works like Lulus glitterlance, but with one of the two shots having much smaller range. (as the second child/shadow is further behind the first) The closer ranged shot could have an on hit effect, like slowing / lowering armor or some other effect. While the longer range one is simply damage.

W = ?

E = ?

R = Switch- Change between the two characters for X seconds, augmenting their skills/attack speed or w/e. Akin to Vaynes or Sivirs ults.

I left W and E empty as AD carries seem to have the most diverse skill sets when compared to other roles. You could even have all of their abilities "normal" with an added void/shadow effect for them while his/her ultimate is on. So for example my suggestion for Q, would be a single skillshot, and while the ult is active it would become two. One normal + a void empowered/shadow secondary skill on top/over/beside it.

Bleh, maybe i'll flesh it out later :P

Too many AD rely on attack speed, I'd like one with very slow attack speed but each shot hit like a truck and requires great timing and anticipation. Something like AP Nidalee.

1. Unconventional weapon
2. Good range ( don't want another sivir)
3 . Auto attack that is a laser. Laser that fires in continues line not small burst of power.
4. Skillshot granade that does decent damage and shreds armor.
5 portal : can set up 2 portals that he and enemies can walk throught. Portals have to be within certain range of each other( not to long) when enemies walk though portals they are blinded and take damage that scales with AP.
6 . Ult :drops crystal that can reflect his auto attack damage in many directions . Auto attack damage is reduced but is aoe.

Although i like the idea of high damage/low attack speed adc, all adc need attack speed? Why? Because adc have high damage instead of defense. High attack speed is necessary then because u need good positioning, and if u dont have a fast enough attack speed, it will be hard to kite and get in a good position.

passive = damage increases per attack or ability on the same target
q = reposition/attack cancel similar to vayne tumble (most balanced mobility mechanic on adc)
w =active would be a scouting tool like twin shadows active but without the slow. while it's off cooldown (which would be very long, similar to hawkshot or any active item) champion gets a movement speed bonus
e = single target skill shot poke with up front damage and then triggered damage by an auto attack or ability (that isn't the w).
ult = skill shot piercing projectiles similar to irelia where you have x amount of time to fire x amount of shots but you are not limited to using only that ability. damage on each shot would be comparable to an auto attack. would NOT be able to crit.
