Attributes:
Carry, Ranged

Lore Hook: Piltover scientist type with a streak of vigilante style

Design Hook: A female Utility AD Carry who uses not one gun, but several different types, specifically invented by her to apply various debuffs to the enemy.

Overview:
- Gender: Female
- Race: Human
- Origin: Piltover
- Alliance: Piltover
- Class: AD Carry
- Sub-class: Utility
- Weapon: Pistol, Shotgun, Rifle, Gatling Gun
- Attack Type: Ranged
- Energy Source: Mana

Design Concept:
Fola is designed to be an adaptive AD Carry who can bring utility to team fights, and change her damage based upon her last ability used due to her passive. She'll sacrifice some of her damage by not having a true steroid ability, but she'll still be able to output respectable damage in the late-game and have a great damaging ultimate. Each ability she uses will have one effect and one debuff, all of which need to be balanced so she's not the ideal AD pick every time.

Abilities:
Attachment 530031
[P] Weapon of Choice:
Fola's current weapon is based on the last ability she used, excluding Gatling Assault. She gains a different effect for each weapon. Fola starts the game using pistols.

Pistol Shot: Fola's autoattack will place a debuff on target enemy lasting for 1 second increasing all damage they take by 1 / 2 / 3 / 4 / 5 / 6%. Pistol Range is 550.

Shotgun Blast: Fola's autoattack will do 5 / 10 / 15 / 20 / 25 / 30% of its damage as splash damage to enemies with 100 units of her target. Shotgun range is 500.

Snipe: Fola's autoattack gains 50 / 100 / 150 / 200 / 250 / 300 range, but her attack will damage the first enemy unit or neutral creep that it collides with and stops after collision. Fola's attack speed is also halved while using the rifle. Rifle range is 600.

Attachment 530028
[Q] Pistol Shot:
-Type: Single Target
-Range: 500
-Cost: 70 / 75 / 80 / 85 / 90 mana
-Cooldown: 16 / 14 / 12 / 10 / 8 seconds
-Target Type: Enemy

Basic Description:
Fola whips out both pistols and fires several shots in the direction of her target.

Specific Details:
Fola's pistol shot gives Fola 1 / 2 / 3 / 4 / 5 auto attacks at 25% damage, spaced 0.1 seconds apart, applying on-hit effects and resetting her auto-attack timer. Any bonus damage provided by items is also reduced by 25%.

Innovation:
If Pistol Shot is used on a target with less than 45% health, she activates her Pulse-Step boots, causing her next movement to send her 300 units in the direction of her cursor. This ability can pass over terrain.

Visual:
Drawing two pistols from her hips, Fola aims at her target and blasts four times, twice with each pistol. After the ability is done, the pistols stay in her hands until another ability is used. She fires twice for every autoattack (visually).

Attachment 530029
[W] Shotgun Blast:
-Type: Single-Target (AoE effect)
-Range: 550
-Cost: 60 / 70 / 80 / 90 / 100 mana
-Cooldown: 15 seconds
-Target Type: Enemy

Basic Description:
Fola draws a shotgun and, using it, blasts at an enemy. Enemies nearby are hit by scatter from the shot and Fola is recoiled back.

Specific Details:
Fola's blast damages the enemy for 30 / 45 / 60 / 75 / 90 (+0.4 per bonus attack damage), and 35 / 40 / 45 / 50 / 55% of that damage to enemies within 200 units of her target. Additionally, Fola recoils 200 units back after firing.

Innovation:
If an enemy champion is within 200 units of Fola, she will use a Z-Series Grenade in her next shot, knocking her target into the air and dropping a a slippery puddle which will cause enemies running through it to go in a random direction and become slowed by 25 / 30 / 35 /40 / 45% for 0.5 seconds. Puddle lasts for 4 seconds.

Visual:
Fola draws the shotgun from her back, holding the barrel in one hand as she fires the blast. After the ability is done, the shotgun stays in her hands until another ability is used. She fires it, slightly recoiling (but staying in place) for every shot.

Attachment 530030
[E] Snipe:
-Type: Skillshot (Linear)
-Buff/Debuff Type: Grievous Wounds
-Buff/Debuff Value: 30 / 35 / 40 / 45 / 50%
-Duration : 5 seconds
-Range: 1200
-Cost: 50 / 60 / 70 / 80 / 90 mana
-Cooldown: 20 seconds
-Target Type: Enemy
- Cast time: 1 second

Basic Description:
Fola draws out her rifle and aims, firing in a direction and hitting the first target in its line. Her shot is aimed carefully, hitting critical areas for grievous wounds.

Specific Details:
Fola's shot will hit the first enemy in the line of the skillshot dealing 50 / 60 / 70 / 80 / 90 (+0.6 per bonus attack damage) damage and apply grievous wounds, reducing healing by 30 / 35 / 40 / 45 / 50% for 5 seconds.

Innovation:
If Fola has at least 50 stacks of Innovation, she will attach a Series S-200 Rifle Scope to her Rifle, making her Rifle shot a critical strike and applying grievous wounds for 30 / 35 / 40 / 45 / 50% healing reduction for 5 seconds. Consumes 50 stacks of Innovation.

Visual:
Fola draws a rifle from her back, kneels, and aims in the direction that it is fired. After the ability is done, the rifle stays in her hands until another ability is used. She stands up, but holds the rifle to her shoulder and presses her cheek to the butt as she fires.

Attachment 530027
[R] Gatling Assault:
-Type: AoE (Cone)
-Duration: 20 seconds
-Range: 900
-Cost: 200 mana
-Cooldown: 140 / 130 / 120 seconds
-Target Type: Enemy
- Cast Time: 2 seconds

Basic Description:
Fola sets up a gatling gun on a stand and begins firing in a direction, enemies in the path of the bullets take significant damage.

Specific Details:
Fola's shot deals 50 / 100 / 150 (+2.0 per bonus attack damage) per second to enemies within the line of fire. The cone is 150 units wide. Fola may pause the shooting at any time by hitting Gatling Gun again. Every second the Gatling Gun fires it builds up 10 heat, when it reaches 100 heat the ability ends. Fola may also reposition the direction of the cone at any time, but cannot move while the ability is active.

Innovation:
If 2 allied champions are within 200 units of Fola, a 400 unit long wall is constructed, 200 units on either side of the gatling gun. Opponents may use blink spells but cannot dash through the wall). The wall is shaped like a V surrounding Fola.

Visual:
Fola puts her current weapon away and flash assembles a Gatling Gun on a stand. She stands behind the gun and begins to fire, recoiling slightly every half a second as the gun fires.

Stats:
- Health: 390 (+80)
- Attack Damage: 47 (+2.85)
- Health Regen: 4.5 (+0.55)
- Attack Speed: 0..658 (+3%)
- Mana: 255 (+35)
- Armor: 13 (+3.1)
- Mana Regen: 6.5 (+0.55)
- Magic Res: 30
- Range: (see passive)
- Mov. Speed: 305

Gameplay:
Fola is meant to be played as a Utility AD Carry. She has a strengths in the early and mid-game if her abilities are used properly, but has no major steroid abilities for significant burst damage. She scales well into the late game, especially when using her Shotgun for auto-attack as it becomes a steroid of scaling by percentage damage increase. But also brings utility, since her damage increase applies to all allies on that target. She also has a slow, a knocback, a blind on her ultimate, and significant range to catch straglers with Snipe. Her versatility reflects a unique kit of an inventor who is intimately acquainted with the weapons she has invented.

Appearance:
- Height: 5'6”
- Physical Build: Toned, with lean muscle
- Hair Style and Color: Light brown, waves with fluffy volume
- Eye Color: brown
- Weapons: Two Pistols, Shotgun, and Rifle
- Attire: Knee-high brown leather boots, short shorts, a sea-green leather corset with a brown shirt with straps looping over the shoulder and down the back where they come together to lace up the corset. Goggles.

Fola stands at the height of an average human female. She has refined facial features with slim, trim brows over carefully lined eyes, the subtle makeup enhancing the deep brown color. She has a thin, carefully sculpted nose set over thin, pink lips which reach out into dimples on either side of her mouth. Her jawline tapers down to a narrow, but rounded chin. Waves of brown hair fall down across and to her shoulders with a fluffy, voluminous appearance. Strapped around her head are a pair of goggles which rest on her forehead, ready to be used.

Her figure is athletic and toned. Her arms are bare as her top wraps around her shoulders in narrow brown straps. She wears brown leather gloves on her hands with the fingers cut-off. A seafoam green corset hems her silky brown top in and gives a pronounced slimness to her waist. The corset is made of several straps with brass evident in many places to hold the straps in place. Though the corset does provide some lift, her chest is still only moderately sized, and barely noticeable in her outfit. She wears brown shorts which come down only to mid-thigh and cling tightly to her firm, toned legs. However, she also wears brown leather boots which come up to her knees. Still, a fair bit of her legs are shown before they disappear. Her feet are surprisingly small for her size, but her speed seems in no way affected by it.

Two pistols are strapped to her waist, one on either side, positioned just above and resting slightly on her rear. On her back she has strapped a long, old-fashioned rifle and, juxtaposed diagonally to it an old looking shot-gun is strapped. She also bears a few knick-knacks and gadgets which hang about her waist on the front, held by a belt.

Secondary Skins:
Scientist Fola
In place of her seafoam green corset and shirt, Fola wears a white lab coat. She wears glasses as well, but they are actually worn rather than adorning her forehead. She has no gloves in her scientist outfit. Instead of short shorts she wears a tasteful business skirt, pleated slightly to give her a bit more mobility to move around. The skirt is gray in color and she has a black top on worn underneath the lab coat. She still has the pistols at her waist and a shotgun and rifle strapped to her back.

Nighthawk Fola
Fola wears a skin-tight black leather outfit instead of her normal garb. On her face she wears a modified masquerade mask with large flying wings sweeping off of either side of her face. Her weapons do not appear as old-fashioned and have a slightly more modern look to them. Her suit melds into knee-high black leather heeled boots.

Lore:
Fola was known all over Piltover as the darling, eccentric, wealthy heiress of a techmaturgical empire. Her father, Wryst Beckenbauer, was famous all over Valoran for his own inventions before his untimely death. Fola picked up right where he left off, adding her own brilliance to the field. Still, Fola's heart had been torn by the loss of her father. She may have been Piltover's darling with her brilliant smiles, kind words and adorable eccentricty, but her smiles were a mask. Inside, Fola felt empty and lost

After being assaulted herself, returning home from a journey to show off some of her inventions, Fola resolved to do something about the crime in Piltover: thus the Nighthawk was born. For two years Fola's days were spent fulfilling her role to society as a brilliant techmaturgist. But, at night, she would go out and hunt, evading the law, which branded her as a criminal for her actions, but always turning up with criminals to land on the front steps of the Sheriff's office, or providing clues to evidence anonymously. However, when Caitlyn took over the office, she was so effective at her job that she was able to turn her sights on the Nighthawk and came perilously close to discovering Fola's secret. Seeing that her days were numbered if she continued, Fola retired, returning to the peaceful, quiet life she'd lived before.

Fola's taste for action would not go away. She'd sneak off at night to practice her weapons, and occasionally create a new fighting gadget. She still trained her endurance, and pushed herself to her limits. But all of it was hollow. Fola needed something more and the League offered her that opportunity. With the League she could train against Valoran's deadliest foes. And the League offered Fola something that she never had as the Nighthawk: legitimacy. No longer did she have to hide her talents behind a mask, she could protect Piltover on the front lines of battle.

“I think we all know who the Nighthawk is now, but none of us wants to admit it. Lest we lose her.” - Caitlyn, Sheriff of Piltover

Dialogue:
Champion Selection

Bio:
The field of Techmaturgy is much like that of artistry: most Techmaturgists end up broke, scrapping together whatever money they make to fund their passion. However, for every hundred Techmaturgists struggling to make ends meet, there's always one who manages to create enough useful inventions that they end up comfortably wealthy. Wryst Beckenbauer was one such inventor, becoming one of the wealthiest individuals in all of Valoran. His name was known in most any city household, and nearly everyone could name one of his inventions. He married young, but only had one child: Fola.

Piltover knew Fola well, she was a precocious, but well-behaved child and seemingly everyone's daughter. Much to her mother's chagrin, she was always out and about, eating dinner at someone's house, or spending time with many of Piltover's adult population learning just about everything she could: cooking, sewing, swordplay, archery, scribing, painting, and, of course, Techmaturgy. Though Fola showed remarkable talent in anything she set out to do, it was Techmaturgy which drew the greatest interest, and it was a passion she was able to share with her father.

Like any father with an only daughter might, Wryst doted on Fola. If she wasn't out off at someone else's place, she was in his lab. Though it troubled her mother that she was so often in such a dangerous place, Fola's father could be denied nothing, and, in turn, Fola was denied nothing. Fola's smile was nearly iconic in representing what a smile should be, and some said that she knew happiness better than any other person alive.

The night it all changed, Fola's family was returning from one of Wryst's many trips in order to showcase his latest gadgetry. They were hailing back from a successful showing in Demacia when a group of Piltover bandits accosted them. Ever the peaceful gentleman, Fola's father tried to negotiate with the criminals, falling short only when they demanded to have their way with Fola and her mother. Without hesitation one of the bandits shot Wryst. In the wake of the rash action, the bandits, as startled as Fola and her mother were, fled. Wryst passed before they even reached the gates of Piltover, and the news shocked and saddened the small nation.

However, no one seemed more affected by the tragedy than Fola herself. So dramatic was the change that many wondered if Fola herself had been killed. But her presence at her father's funeral was enough evidence to the contrary. Regardless, Fola stopped going out, stopped seeing neighbors, family friends, and, most importantly, strangers. The budding social butterfly disappeared, only seen publicly when her mother forced her to attend some event. Even then, her smile was faded, a ghost of what it had been.

Fola had inherited her father's wealth directly, rather than being passed it through her mother. Still, Fola had enough wisdom, even as a youth, to put her mother in charge of her financial affairs while she began to pick up where her father left off. Fola proved to be as brilliant, if not more brilliant, a Techmaturgist than her father was. She was just as prolific as Wryst, innovating and creating numerous new gadgets and expanding the family's recognition and wealth.

As time went on Fola learned how to treat with the public. Though she did not bear the happiness that she'd had as a child, she managed to put on a winning smile, to say the right words, and to use the genuine compassion she still bore in order to connect with others and remain an amiable, likable individual. However, in spite of these talents, she was still extremely reclusive and oblivious to the attentions of suitors as she grew into the beauty of her late teenage years. As such, Fola was dubbed the “darling” of Piltover. Beautiful, brilliant, and benevolent, but also bizzare.

Returning home from one of her own trips abroad, Fola was ambushed by herself. She reacted with a clever use of cleaning chemical that she had concocted, but only narrowly escaped unscathed. The moment forced Fola to relive past trauma and threatened to send her spiraling down into the deep abyss that had marred the end of her childhood. It was only through sheer force of will that she stumbled onto something else instead.

As she watched the stars one night on her balcony, she saw a dark shape flit out of the sky and swoop down upon unsuspecting prey. Peregrine falcons were not uncommon around Piltover, but she hadn't seen one in some time. The simple night-time hunting action inspired her. It was then that Fola decided to create the Nighthawk: a vigilante who would hunt Piltover's criminal underworld at night. The very next day she was at work in her lab, but, in between her major projects, she snuck in smaller, side-experiments, working on gadgetry that would be useful in apprehending criminals.

Fola also began to practice with pistols, shotguns and rifles, modifying them with her techmaturgical expertise to be more accurate, and apply various alchemical creations of her own invention. She applied herself constantly to training, creating her own firing range with mechanized targets and obstacle courses. Her wealth funded all of it with ease, but, intelligent as she was, she knew she needed to hide even the tracest bit of evidence. She bought parts from a variety of sources. Had items shipped to psuedo-identities and sometimes arranged trades in back-alleys to get what she needed.

Thus the Nighthawk was born. Soon word spread of a vigilante that hunted at night, apprehending criminals and bringing some measure of peace to Piltover's troubled areas. That peace was short-lived, however, when authorities announced that the masked vigilante was a possible public menace and to be apprehended and brought in for questioning. Though Fola continued to brave the dangers of getting caught, the criminals were no longer cowed by her presence, knowing that if they could simply unmask her, then she would be defeated.

For two years Fola would be the darling, brilliant techmaturgist by day, and the dangerous, elusive Nighthawk by dusk. Though she could not permanently erase crime from Piltover, she did her best to assist the law: anonymously dropping clues to evidence, rounding up criminals and leaving them on the steps to the Sheriff's office. However, when Caitlyn took over the office, things changed drastically. Justice now had a face, and she excelled at her duties in rapid fashion. Caitlyn did so well, in fact, that she set her sights on catching the Nighthawk and came perilously close to discovering Fola's identity.

The risk was no longer worth it, with most of the criminals in Piltover having been cowed by the presence of Caitlyn. As such, Fola retired from the role of the Nighthawk. However, Fola found that innovation no longer filled her heart as it once did. She still loved to invent, to experiment, and to make things, but she yearned to shoot, and missed the thrill of the hunt: the adrenaline and excitement which had defined her night life. She continued to use her weapons against her practice targets, but it just wasn't the same feeling.

When the League came and Caitlyn joined, Fola saw an opportunity for herself as well. The League offered her legitimacy as a protector of Piltover. No longer would she have to hide in the shadows and secretly use her talents. Of course, the champions of the League were deadly and she would have to incorporate lethal force into her kit. But, knowing that none of the champions remained permanently dead made that fact less bothersome to her. In the League she could become the very best at what she did, and fill the hole left in her heart after parting ways with the Nighthawk identity she'd created for herself. For Fola, there was no hesitation in her choice to join the League.

Judgment:
Observation
She could tell just by glancing at them that these walls could withstand a substantial amount of force, far greater than any sheer force she could conceive of as possible. The power required to create such a force. Fola shuddered at the thought. She walked briskly down the stone corridors, admiring their workmanship and the authority in their design. The League was certainly not idle in asserting itself. Even before she'd gone through the test they seemed to be doing their best to intimidate her. The thought made Fola smile, a real smile, not one of the painted smiles she was so used to giving the citizens of Piltover to let them know all was well with their “darling”.

Strapped at her waist were a couple of pouches and two pistols, one at either side. The weapons slapped about slightly as she walked, there was a slight sway in her gait though she tried her best not to attract too much attention, it was simply something she had picked up. Against her back she felt the familiar weight of her rifle and shotgun, she felt naked without them. The corset she wore clung tightly to her form, exaggerating it slightly. She knew she was attractive, there was no point in hiding it, even if she didn't flaunt it. She felt a slight breeze tickle at the bare leg between the hem of her shorts and the tops of her knee-high boots.

Fola rolled back her shoulders and held her head high. She didn't despise the citizenry for their love of her, she just wrong leading them on to believe that she was happy when, inside, she felt so shattered. The leather soles of her boots made a reassuring thud against the solid ground as she approached the massive arched doorway. Tilting her head back, she took in the sight with a composed sense of awe. Right above the door was etched the engraving, “The truest opponent lies within.” It was a rather obvious riddle, but had little meaning in this place. She would be fighting others, not herself. Fola stretched out a gloved hand and pushed open the massive doorway, stepping in to the darkness.

Reflection
The stars were innumerable. Fola remembered her father once showing her the night sky when they were out on one of their many trips throughout Valoran to showcase his inventions. He pointed to the star-laden sky and dared her to count them. Try as she might, Fola couldn't keep track and always lost her place before finishing. Her father had laughed and ruffled her hair, telling her that even if she could count all the stars in the sky, there were even more out there that she couldn't see. When Fola asked how he knew, he responded as he often did, “I've seen it, with one of my inventions.” He flashed her one of his brilliant smiles, and she couldn't help but return with a child's grin.

Those days were gone, but Fola was still here. The stars were still in the night sky too, but her father was no longer around to tell her how incredible they were. She tried counting them again as she walked, just to pass the time, but the highest count she reached was sixty-two before her attention was distracted again. Beside her trotted the family's mule, which bore a wagon laden with some of her most recent inventions and gadgets.

Fola had no warning until the cold steel of a pistol was placed up against her neck, “Stop righ' there, miss.” a voice growled at her.

The cold steel removed itself but was replaced moments later by the image of a burly man with a square jawline, heavy brows, and a roughly shaven face that looked as though it could be used as sandpaper. Scars crisscrossed his visage like a map, leading one on a journey of his misdeeds and past crimes. Dark eyes peered at her, as if considering for a moment the potential danger she posed. His assessment was obvious only moments as a smug grin spread across his fat lips.

“Charlie, Ken, this one be ripe for pickin' I thinks.” said the unknown assailant. Immediately a tall, lanky man with a bald head and goatee stepped out from the shadows, as well as a shorter, heavier-set but equally brutish looking man.

The trio created a semi-circle around Fola, pressing in. Their closeness was evident by the foul, pungent odors which beat at Fola's nose. Whisky poured from their breath, it was clear they hadn't bathed in a long time either. Fola might have preferred the aroma of the dump to these three. They made their physical presence close too, each hovering only a couple steps away from her, clearly unafraid of any attempts she might make at hand-to-hand combat.

“Better search her for weapons, eh?” the lanky one grinned, reminding Fola of a child attempting to get away with a bad idea.

“Aye, yer righ', Charlie. Who gets tha honors, though?” said the shorter one, who must have been Ken.

“Well, I'm tha boss, so it only seems right?” said the initial instigator, who was, apparently, the boss of these three.

There was a bit of grumbling, but no arguments. The unnamed boss of the group took another step forward and bodily grabbed Fola. She squirmed, trying uselessly to beat on him, which only provoked laughter from all three. The man's hands patted everywhere, he patted her rear, commenting on its cushion. He felt up her legs, her arms, squeezed her waist and groped her chest. But the worst part of her trauma wasn't in the physical violation.

Inside her head flitted visions of her father, spread out on the ground, bleeding to death. Memories rushed to surface, forcing her to relive the worst night of her life. The bandits then, little different than the ones accosting her now. Fola went limp, though her attackers hardly seemed to notice. She became numb to the world around her as she listlessly watched her father die again, watched the light of life fade from his eyes.

When Fola came back to the world around her, she realized she had been propped up against the side of her wagon, the bandits were going through her things and arguing about how much each one was worth. Fola slowly got to her feet, rubbing her head, glancing down at herself. They hadn't violated her fully at least, maybe they were saving that for last. She couldn't be sure of their intentions so she had to do something to ensure her survival. Quickly her mind worked through her knowledge and laid out a plan, just as it always did when she was solving a problem. She called up an inventory of her supplies, the assumed intelligence and suspicion of her tormentors. Her own physical adeptness.

The plan unfolded before her and, for a brief moment, Fola smiled. A great idea, to Fola, was the one respite from the seemingly eternal sadness which clung to her like a needy friend. Clearing her throat, Fola got the attention of the thugs, “maybe I can help?” she asked as innocently as possible.

The boss cast her a suspicious eye, but, after a moment, he replied in his gravelly voice, “Aye? Seems like me an' my boys can do as we please.”

“Well, sure. But I can tell you fair price for those items you have.”

The man's eyebrows lifted, clearly it was a pleasing prospect, “Aye? An' what will you be wanting?”

“I think you know” Fola retorted, a bit of an edge creeping into her voice, the innocence lost.

The man nodded and disappointment flitted through his eyes as he glanced down her body for a moment. He seemed to hesitate, but, then, suddenly, he nodded again, “Aye, fine then.”

In truth, Fola didn't trust a criminal to keep his word. But, she played along, waiting for the opportune moment to get the item she needed. She worked her wagon like she might a trade show, showing off each device, how it worked, and what it was worth, all the while stalling the sinister intentions of her unwelcome guests.

After nearly fifteen minutes of exhibition, Fola finally found the item she was looking for. She had to fight hard to keep the look of relief off of her features.

“And this is a household cleaning chemical, derived from natural acids found in fruits it has been concentrated and mixed with a few magical substances to enhance its properties in removing tough stains.”

The burly man eyed the canister which implemented a new technology Fola had created, “Aye, ya pour it on or somethin'? I don' see no cap.”

“Oh, no. It works like this...” Fola pressed down on the top of the cleaning agent and a spray issued forth into the man's eyes. She knew she had to be quick, her assailants were in shock at the moment, but that wouldn't last long. She turned on the tall lanky man next, aiming upwards and hitting him in the eyes with the spray as well. By this time, Ken, the shorter man, seemed to have recovered and aimed to level himself into Fola. She reacted only just barely in time, using his position to hit him square in the face. He still managed to hit her, knocking Fola into the wagon and blowing the air out of her lungs.

The rumbling of her wagon's contents was joined in concert by a chorus of agonized screams as the men clutched at their eyes. The boss sank to the ground on his knees. Charlie flailed, trying to claw in the direction he'd last seen Fola, and Ken ran around, nearly gouging his eyes out with his hands. It was a gruesome sight, and she had to fight hard to keep from puking. Then a strange thought pressed on Fola's mind.

This had happened before, and the boss hadn't sunk to his knees, he'd run away, his companions following soon after. Something was wrong. Quickly, her thoughts put it all together, logically she cut out the unlikely possibilities.

Fola walked over to the boss and kicked him back onto his butt, the years of martial training she'd practiced coming back to her now as she became aware of the present moment, “Who are you?” she asked, her voice dripping with uncharacteristic venom. The man dropped his hands and gazed back at Fola, no trace of the chemical in his eyes, “Why do you wish to join the League?”

The question should have caught Fola off guard, but she'd expected it. She'd figured out what all of this was, “Because it's the only thing left that can bring me some sort of satisfaction with life. And, before you ask, it was terrible and if you do it again I will hunt you down like all of the other low lifes I've brought to Justice.”

The man simply grinned at her.

As if a portal were opening up, two doors began to open right in the middle of the roadway. The scene around her faded into darkness. Fola stood up, smoothed out her shorts and adjusted the pistols about her waist. Somehow she'd missed them in the illusion, but now that it was over they'd returned to her. With a confident strut she passed through and entered the League.

Made a new Fola thread because the title in the first one was screwed up.

Added another ability. Remember that even though she's not open to a full critique yet (being unfinished), comments are encouraging and extremely helpful!

First draft of Fola's Bio and Lore are done. I am really enjoying the story on this one, but both of them definitely need some revisions and refinement before I'm ready to share them with you all. As it is though, I've got the abilities and stats to post first!
