Alright! I have somewhere to go today, so I wasn't able to give this one too much love, but i will return shortly-ish to flesh this out a bit more. Basicly the story/concept behind this guy is that he was one of the pioneers to the Hextech...uh...stuff. Not everything always went well, and many people probably died from horrible magical cancer and stuff. But you'll notice this guy has a last name. It just didn't feel right to not give him a silly last name with a silly first name like that. He is Chain Ironhoe, and he is so tough he gave wacky magic Hextech cancer the big Eff* U*.



[Passive] - Hex Poisoning
Chain takes 10% increased magic damage, applying the bonus damage over 10 seconds and gaining bonus health and Mana regeneration equal to half the amount again gaining {.1 Bonus AD) attack damage while the effect persists. The effect will only trigger from one source of damage, reapplying when a greater source of damage is created.

[Q] - The "Azure Lady"
Chain fires a shot from his pistol, dealing magic damage to himself and physical damage to the first target hit. Multiple shots will increase the amount of damage Chain receives from Hex Poisoning, and deal increasing damage to targets consecutively struck.

[Active]
Chain fires a shot from his pistol, dealing {15, 30, 45, 60, 75} (+Bonus AD) Physical Damage to the first enemy unit struck, and dealing (1/2 Half Listed Damage) magic damage to himself upon activation. Chain can activate The "Azure Lady" Multiple times within a 2-second window up to 6 times, dealing an additional 5% increased damage per consecutive strike on the same target. Damage from Hex Poisoning is increased as if Chain took damage from a source equal to (1/2 Listed Damage) times the number of additional shots preformed. Each additional shot increases The "Azure Lady"'s cooldown by 2 seconds.

[W] - The Going Gets Tough
Chain deals magic damage in an area around himself, and to himself, increasing his movement speed and applying the damage of his Hex Poisoning to nearby enemy units.

Chain deals {60, 100, 140, 180, 220} (+ .6 AP) Magic Damage in an area around himself, and (Half Listed amount) To himself, gaining {12, 16, 20, 24, 28}% increased movement speed for 4 seconds. During this time, nearby enemy units take damage equal to Chain's Hex Poisoning.

[E] - Tough as Barbed Nails
Chain has increased Armor, and reflects a portion of damage received from melee sources. At melee range, Chain will deal increased damage.

[Passive] At Melee range, Chain uses a melee attack which deals {4, 8, 12, 16, 20}% Increased Damage. Additionally, Chain gains {3, 6, 9, 12, 15} Armor and reflects {2, 4, 6, 8, 10}% of the damage he receives from melee attacks and abilities.

[R] - Hexsilver Blade
Chain pays a portion of his hitpoints and draws his Hexsilver Blade, turning off his ranged attack but applying a slowing effect to his targets.

Chain deals 20% of his current health as magic damage to himself as he draws his Hexsliver Blade. For {12, 14, 16} Seconds, Chain's attacks become melee and he gains {12, 15, 18} Armor and Magic Penetration and slow his target by 10%.
