you'll definitely be able to run LoL on high but at a lower frame rate because your dual core processor and graphics card may not be enough to support at high frame rates with other processes running in the background

which means that when u play, it may or may not be a little choppy if you play on high

^Ignore what this person said.

I used to run LoL on a single core 2.0ghz processor, 2.5 GB RAM and an 8800GT, frame capped at very high, with the sound off.

Your specs are definitely high enough to run League flawlessly.

Internet isn't a factor for fps. Throughput of the card is, and that card should be able to do it depending on your monitor resolution.

You'll be able to run it flawlessly on high, at between 50-60 fps.

Ignore what Dynix said, LoL only uses 1 core of your processor anyways, most games do. The day we see games start multithreading, the world will rejoice.

Many games now do utilize multicores, however many older ones don't, such as LoL :P
And the virtualization that divvies up the processing load does it well, but not great.
