Ok, so I tried hard, from another computer to purchase RP without my card code... and it doesnt work, the program takes whatever you type as good, which means the the client, the servers or anithing else doesnt have those nombers saved (aparently so) but then my bank refuses the transaction
this might give me trouble with my bank and/or my account I dont care, I can sove those, Im trying to help

Ok, given that Riot did not charge me anything, I cant fill properly a ticket to the support ppl (really nice and helpfull on my end, I have to say)

Im a profesional complain manager in a big insurance company, my job is to claim money and organice repairs and the stuff, so Im very familiar with the pathways to get what you need from the burocracy.

Il give you tips on what to do, its normal that your parents dont know all this things, Im the kind of profesional they turn to when they have a car crash, a blown pipe at home or somebody breaks somethig... or their credit cards get stolen.

1st - Your parent's credit card HAS an insurance, look for it, if they dont have the papers, there is a phone where they give you everything about every plastic card you own, its in the back of the credit card or your bank manager should suply it (this works like this in Europe, its mandatory law here so I gess its no big diference in the US)
Check with that insurance policy what is covered, your parent pay anualy for this cover, its not a loan, its a GUARANTEE you pay for (if your wallet gets stollen, I give you 300$, just like that, insurances are oposite bets), there are restrictions I cant acout for without the papers, maybe they only cover fraud over/below 300$/600$

2nd - your parent's Bank, SHOUD have some sort of signature or similar to verfy the charges, mine would not take the charge without the 3digit code, and I have returned docens of charges with the argument that no one could prove I aproved that charge, they HAVE to have means for the case somene pickpockets you (you usually fill a form in the police for the robery, and this is not the case) or if your get hacked (we are going to have start considering the posibility here, it matters not, because you should be protected from that too)

In case the bank doest provide your parents with any of theese, fill a complaint form, ask for the manager, but overall ASK FOR THE CONTRACT YOU SIGNED (well your parents) the HAVE to have a signed copy (asuming your parents dont have it handy, few ppl do) and look for the clauses, they usually have an insurance of their own, or some covering for this cases

The reason this clauses dont go automaticly is because the sistem is not a computer, it does not have a "if stolen->search for all guarantees" you have to look for them and activate them manualy, usually not even the bank manager knows all the clauses from all the contracts, they make new models with diferent clauses every year.

this should help your parents retreiving their 200$

3rd now, with the account, even if you dont remember the mail it was attached to, you can sign in this web with any account (gess what I made a US smurf to post here, my main account is EUW) and change the pasword from here, late probably, but they tried to steal my account, which I noticed in less than 24Hr (thanks to Riot, the emailed us that they had a security leak) so I changed my pasword from the web (I could not acces the client)

Sorry, but I'm going to be the bad guy here and tell you guys this possibility: OP is lying. Possiply, he accidentally paid $200 for his smurf account, which was a waste considering that it was only his spare smurf. What he really wanted was getting that money back. Therefore, instead of telling people that he wants his account back, he set up a stage where $200 were "stolen". Then he proceeded to claim that Riot was at fault. By bringing in his "raging father", he was trying to show some credibility. He also used BBB name to threaten Riot but I doubt he would actually contact them, since it was it fault. I mean, if what you said was true, then why wouldn't you contact the card company and claim your money back from the start, instead of putting it on the forum, OP?

Lots of ppl dont know what to do with their credit cards or how to claim, many of those who work in those insurance companies and/or banks either dont know, dont care telling you, or have interest (incentives) not to tell you exactly.

I think there is a refund way for the case you make a mistake... lets say I click twice or check the wrong box and then accept in a rush (sleepy, somebody distracts you, oblivious... ) they should still have a way to cancel the transaction, that shoulod have worked (1st 24hr anyway)

3 failures and your CC company locks out the card until they can contact you. Yeah, you got keylogged bud.

More importantly, nobody who matters even listens to the BBB anymore, ever since it came out that you can just BUY a good rating.
