unlike you, i'm smarter than the people causing problems and have played this game enough to see what's going on that I don't want to spend hundreds of hours trying to see if a player calling someone a zhitbag was being trolled or not. If anything more are pardoned that shouldn't be than those that are inadvertently punished.

Violations of the summoner's code are worthy of punishment by the Tribunal.

I'm sure you'll spend 3+ hours every day reviewing the full games of your 20 cases. For free. And I'm also sure that there are thousands of players who would be willing to do the same thing just to avoid a few hundred strangers a year getting banned for a couple of days from a video game.
