Ok, i was watching my justice review and i saw that this case was pardoned by a overwhelming majority .. really? the player did harass his/her teammates, he/she did not use offensive language but i still believe that at least a warning ... also he fed but thats not very important because their teammates were worst. is he really need to be pardoned? Or i am too strong in my decision?

Players who are consistently toxic will end up in the Tribunal again, in rather short order too. So, while they've been given a brief respite and a chance to show they're not toxic; ultimately if they never end up changing their toxic behavior, then they will keep getting sent to the Tribunal until they're judged guilty.
