I like the symbols you have so far. I assume the cc bar corresponds to the tenacity from items and masteries/champion? Also, did any of my pictures ideas make it in? :P

i saw this and i think its awesome, however im still worried about trouble with having minion health bars being harder to see, and manaless champions looking worse, can we put this new bar in replacement of the manaless champion bars?

I think I may have found some unintended things in the PBE concerning the CC bars. As it is difficult to explain, I made a picture to show it better. (see attachment)

And considering your question if slows should be displayed, I personally think yes. Seeing how long the slow lasts is going to help alot with your decisionmaking and reaction time.

Questions:
What information would you like about control impairing effects in League?
What information do you feel is the most important to convey?
The least?
How would you like this information conveyed?
Where would you like it to be conveyed?

This is somewhat of an off-shoot of "movement impairing/", but is there any way to make health a bit more prominent or easier to quickly see and understand? As it stands, I know each bar represents 100 health, but unless someone truly has eagle-eyes, it's fairly difficult to quickly see and tell whether someone is "50% health - and that means 500 health left" or "50% health and that means 1500 health left".

Maybe some sort of color coding based on absolute health levels? Or perhaps a symbol within or just to the side of the health bar?

What about little bars under your mana, like current channeling bars that display the time you are cc'ed

In part I want it to be conveyed where I want it. I would like the HUDs "5 components" to be able to be placed anywhere around the edge of the screen that I wish. That would require a horizontal and vertical layout for each but....

Maybe even adjust the opacity of the component background too.

I have a pretty small suggestion, and it is this:
The icon for Taunt should be an angry face, comparable to the new fear icon but with red in place of the blue, and, of course, an angry expression in place of the spooky one.
