The Vanishing Nightmare Cho Skin

So, I was shopping for legacy skins today, and I decided to buy Nightmare Cho Gath.
I think I had a disconnect issue at the time I clicked purchase, but I'm not sure. It showed up as purchased in the skin shop and purchases section, but when I tested it in custom games, I couldn't use it. When I looked at the skin in the champions menu, it said I could purchase it. When I tried, it gave me an error. What do I do?

Wow. I just found out the RP was deducted, but I didn't get the skin. The skin was just added to cho about an hour ago. They fixed it, but didn't tell me. Strange. :\
