Overall the design is kinda flawed. You have versatility but your CC effects are OP and you're never going to be able to use skills in conjunction with each other. There is Anti-synergy and this makes your champion unfun. You can only use one skill at a time and you have to pick which to use. Right now you have him being an OP debuffer that has no ranged skills and has to overcommit in order to do anything. He's going to be too squishy early game to do anything without getting focused and killed outright before he can even do damage.
I don't see him being viable as a jungler since he has no real damage or noticeable sustain. On your Q, 25% of missing hp is going to be every single attack when he has none.
You're pretty much saying "Stack HP, HP, and MORE HP" and then you give him % hp costs...
W is OP since you pretty much make your carry immune and don't give the enemy any counterplay, and this follows the ANTI-FUN design anti-pattern.
E so it deals 3 true damage? hold on lemme just wait a coupl- oh it's already regenerated. 3 sec silence and slow is OP.
R: OP. again with the ANTI-FUN since there is no counterplay and the champ you assimilate pretty much just goes "F*CK" and slams his keyboard into his monitor. You are making yourself immune and making every fight 4vs5 with only 20% hp as a penalty? op.
