Wait WHAT????? I was told in my first & only ticket reply that any replies from me would bump it up to the top of their queue "so i wouldn't have to wait"? So basically I was lied to by Riot Support? Awesome.

"Are you still experiencing this issue? Because of the delay, this may have been resolved by now. I'll happily help you resolve it if you're still in need of assistance and your reply will immediately jump to the top of my list so you don't have to wait.

So there is some form of intercommunication going on here. I just want the stuff I've paid for, this has been going on for four days now.

This is because the case was responded to an given to a specialist. If your ticket hasn't been responded to it hasn't been given to a specialist to deal with yet thus replacing it in the queuing system if you bump it before you get a response.

Update:

Received back my Vi champion and Firefighter Tristana Skin.
Still waiting on Festive Maokai, they said they could not find I owned it and believed I had gifted it elsewhere., Sent in screens showing that it was supposed to have been received, and I never gifted that particular skin.

Hi! I sent in a ticket a few days ago about my missing content, along with a screencap of my purchase history. I was assigned a riot support agent, but they basically just asked me if the problem was still happening. I've replied several times and have yet to hear back. I'd really like access to my paid skins and the champ I bought with ip from a boost. I know I sound impatient but it's frusturating and worrisome. Thank you so much if you see this!
