Replying a ticket doesn't bump it. If you reply to a ticket that hasn't been responded in a while it will then go back into queue (basically the back of the pile). Please wait for a support specialist to get back to you as any account related issues cannot be handled via the forums.

Also, HuntsAlone. Being as thsi is the first ticket I have ever found myself having to put in to Riot Support, and I did not see it, is your explanation explained anywhere other than from as replies to posts? I think it should be prominently displayed with ability to simply comment on a ticket. For instance, I put in my ticket. I then "replied" twice by comment. I was simply elaborating, as i hadnt seen the missing skins by the time i had made the ticket. But I figured it out, and added it to the ticket in comment. HOWEVER, I had a reply the same day after all that.

What the support specialist did was ask if it had been resolved. Then he told me when I reply, because we were already to this stage, I would get thrown back on the top of the heap so he could assist me faster. The next day I had heard nothing, so I asked by E-mail if I was supposed to respond by comment or e-mail. I wasn't sure, it wasn't clear.

The time issue I am having is with that first response. I am unsure how an open, being reviewed ticket can just gather dust and be recycled for 5 days.

Also, I appreciate the clarification, HuntsAlone, I just think it needs to be put up prominently in the ticket authoring process. Other than that, my issue here is not waiting 5 days on a ticket. it's waiting 5 days AFTER a response and hearing nothing further.

same bought bb riven skin on dec 22 gone on 24 sent in teicket and still hasnt even been looked at by a person.

im sory if any person ever said send in a ticket to riot they should be shot. waiting 5 plus days on a ticket is beyond poor customer service.

I finally got a response... Not even related to the issue just telling me I cant be refunded rp for my loss..... not offering to fix the issue.
