well i just tried it in custom, it actually does stop movement. ive never got to realise this, because im constantly clicking, but i have 180 ping, which is like 500 for me atm at the way servers are going this week, but it can really make a different if it didnt stop movement. i wouldnt look like a complete idiot not forcing my q to let go.

anyways, is anyone experience skill shot lag with gragas or lux atm? my q's on gragas never detonate when i press them .., its always a 1/2 second delay

I have expierenced going through targets. Its annoying. Specifically against Max when casting his e. Give it an amumu bandage toss width range to fix I think.

Haven't ever stopped while casting q however

Oh, so it's actually related to the ability activating while having a target. It's got so many effects packed into one ability, I could see that complicating the issue. Awesome work.

Did you check to make sure what the behavior is when clicking a champion? You left that out

I've also had a few Q's go straight through champions who dash, like graves especially. I go straight though them. Ive always thought it was server lag, ever since Vi patch, a lot of my mates have been getting abnormal lag. Ehh i guess it was a design glitch

I haven't played anything but Vi since release, and while it is rare (3-4 times maybe?) I have noticed her Q failing to connect on perfectly aimed casts. If I recall properly, there was a general skillshot problem with this a while back that was fixed, reintroduced, and fixed again. Perhaps it's an instance of it occurring once more? It's very rare, but does happen.

About as infrequently, I've had Vault Breaker's wall-dashing ability fail, even on fully charged casts over thin walls. At max charge she can go through walls that very few other champions can pull off, even diagonally on the thickest ones, but sometimes the dash simply fails to go through anything, even the thinnest ones regardless of charge time. I don't know enough about how the engine is built to accurately infer that they're related, but the ability flatly failing to work in either case seems to imply that the two problems may be.

While you're here Whattyabrian, another potential bug:

I haven't had a chance to play Vi much in the past few days, but before that I would get at least 1 Ult attempt a game where I would click on someone to cast the ult (smartcast) and it just wouldn't go off. I'm not being CC'd at the time and they are definitely within range.

If they become untargetable, you will stop and the cooldown will be spent. So, for example, if you ult Fizz and he Trollvaults, the ult will fizzle.

If you have a repro where that is not the case, I'd love to hear it.

I've noticed it fizzles if you've activated it and they get covered by fog of war. They're visible and targeted on activation, maybe a tiny bit of dash and then...... nothing.
