So I finally am getting responses from Riot about my account being hacked and all they say after i give them the EXACT and i mean exact information they ask for on the support ticket for my case they say that they cannot acknowledge my ownership of this account and this was 3 times in succession. How can you tell me that i do not own the account after all the information i gave you? I find this extremely unprofessional in all aspects. I do not want to keep hearing from lower service units or bots. I want someone high up in the branch to help me with my problem because obviously they cannot do their job correctly.
