Black screen in store, already tried toolbox fixes

I'm just getting a black screen when I go to the store. Checked the Wrenchman's Toolbox for solutions, found this, followed instructions --

1. Restart your client -- Done
2. Check to make sure you have cookies enabled in your Internet Settings. -- They were already enabled
3. You need to have TLS 1.0 & SSL 3.0 enabled, in Control Panel -> Internet Options -> Advanced tab, all the way at the bottom -- They were already enabled
4. Reset your Internet Explorer Settings -- Done
5. Make sure you're not set to "Work Offline" mode in IE. -- I was not
6. Update your Internet Explorer. -- I believe it's currently the latest version

Still getting a black screen. I even tried repairing, just in case. Nothing's helping.
