Does riot listen to the customers. Maybe, but at the same time listening to massive amounts of fan BOIs is stupidity in its self so that is not a fair question.

Do you like the new characters, updates, ect that they produced should determine if u are going to support the game or not. Most people buys skins as swag though and never think about that question though.

Does Riot have flaws; why yes they do. they are a business ran by people. Flaws are inherent right there.

Out of every game hosting company I've seen, I can confidently say Riot interacts with its players the most. Riot employees are actually very active on the forums, answer lots of community questions, and really helpful and friendly. I'd say yes.

Riot is a good company. They are one of if not the best game company. They talk with their players on the forums and constantly strive to make this game better.

That being said, like all game companies Riot has some bad sides that can be improved on. Their support is hard to get answers from at times, and depending on what the player is asking they have to fight past alot of automated responses. Often times these auto responds have nothing to do with what the player is asking about. The Tribunal system, although more transparent now, is still shrouded in to much secertecy. Players get pradoned based on their case and then punished based on reports not shown in the case. Their is still no pregame chat shown for players, but Riot uses it to keep bans inplace and override pardons. Riot also sometime feels the need to fix what is not broken, despite the players fighting back against it. Take Lux's ult and Daina's headdress. They worked with us on Lux's ult, they just left Daina alone until the forum gave up. Riot hid the fact that Legendary skin where becoming legacy and being removed by posting the thread unstickied in GD. The thread got buried and most people never knew of this before it happened because Riot only posted it in GD, no where else.

Riot is a good company, and although the game itself is great they can do alot better with the things I listed above and in many cases they have done alot better in the past. I sometimes worry that Riot, like other companies before it, is starting to get a little lazy with support, a little to secertive, and in some cases thinks it knows what the players want better then the players do. However they are still alot better then most.

Not really, they're really lazy and have a hard time pumping out anything that isn't a champion on a timely basis.Only good thing is that Riots employee's come out and talk about random **** that isn't in their department.

Idk, does their bad behavior punishment system consist of one of the worst gaming communities passing judgement on others, 9/10 times instantly hitting punish?
