Clarke, the Frontier Vigilante

Passive: The Thrill: (Innate) Clarke’s skills require ammo, allowing him to use skills in quick succession, but must cooldown to reload. Can reload overtime prior to ammo depletion.

Q: Quick Silver Bullet: Clarke fires off a shot from his revolver to deal physical damage, poisoning whatever enemy is hit afterward with magic damage for a short time. Poison refreshes with consecutive hits. Ammunition replenishes by 1 every 5 seconds.

E: Shaft Destroyer: Clarke places a stack of dynamite, blowing after 5 seconds or if Clarke shoots at it. Can damage Clarke, and can be destroyed by enemies prior to explosion to do no damage at all. Can damage buildings and knocks back units when it explodes.

Enemy champions cannot charge through (but may leap or teleport past) the wall, and any attacks shot through the wall at Clarke deal less damage. Ammunition replenishes every 30 seconds.

Story:
Prior to the Sheriff of Piltover's addition to the League of Legends, Caitlyn was hard at work to defend her city from crime. She struggled though to keep her deputy in line and to have everything done by the book. The issues ended up compounding on top of one another. This resulted with one soul rising up and taking matters the police were not able to handle into his own hands. Clarke Muriwater began to attack and pacify various crooks hiding the underworld of Piltover. At times coming face-to-face with Sheriff Caitlyn, Clarke collaborated to take down big-time criminals, such as Zaunite smugglers and experiments. One particular desperado has given Clarke much trouble, evading capture at every turn with a hail of bullets in the air. Believing that following Caitlyn into the League of Legends would help him become stronger, Clarke now represents Piltover alongside the two law-enforcers, hoping to showcase what a Piltovian is made of.

Like a Rhinestone Cowboy Element?


I like the concept of his ammo limits. Clear up how long it takes to reload and whatnot though, just so people don't get confused.

He comes packed with a slow, a nuke, an awesome ability that can damage buildings. (I'm actually surprised that we don't have abilities that have this time bomb mechanic in game already. Seems good to me so far.

The ultimate reminds me of Caitlyn's ultimate, just better. Since this does almost the same thing, except silences the target on top of it, no sure if this was by design, but, it just feels really similar.

Overall, you have piqued my interest.

I should clarify Deadeye, honestly. It's more of a skillshot, like Cait's Q instead. It won't lock on. I understand why it sounds similar to her's though. ^^;
