yea this is irritating. riot talks all kinds of hype on making the best game for players and taking care of us and balancing all this and all that etc but its mostly when the topic is close to us spending more money or making the game more popular yet their customer service is ****.

whish a different company made this game. so serious

i mean they just spent millions on season 2 tournament plus whatever else they spend so much on trying to make the game popular but why not put some of that money back into the actual customer HUH???

What happens is I can get through anywhere from 5-20 minutes of normal, enjoyable gameplay, then suddenly I receive the "attempting to reconnect" message but never connect from the game.

For an extended period of time or sometimes the entire rest of the game I am never ACTUALLY disconnected from the game (in my client) but my character is auto-walking and level 1. As I click around the map, my character just teleports from location to location. USUALLY I can see other characters moving around and casting spells normally, but there is some interruption to that as well at times. It normally begins with 5-10 seconds of my character freezing or not responding to my input. Then I never connect again. Nothing else is affected with my network (meaning music, voice chat, surfing, etc.). No interruption of other network use takes place at all. It is ONLY league of legends. My ping will spike as well before or after these events.

This only began in the last couple of days. I have played in the season 3 patches quite happily up until now. Please help me fix this if possible. Unfortunately, I wasn't quick-thinking enough to take screenshots.
