It wouldn't be nearly as bad if mods didn't arbitrarily decide to lock some off topic posts and not others.

Posts with the intent of keeping this forum on topic are not off-topic.

Seriously Guinsoo, you are the official Riot Games troll. Grow some Professional Responsibility and start acting like a person who could possibly hold a job in the realm of Business.

P.S. Best Buy Sales Associate/ Geek Squad does not count.

Pendragon himself is the only true moderator that I know of on these forums, believing that the T-up/T-down system is better (I greatly disagree, but it's not my place). Other Red's have the power to lock threads, but that's not what they do online. Which is why GD is wilder than the Kumungu and the TR is starting to catch the disease.

That, or maybe the Rune Wars are destroying a different world -- these forums -- rather than being ended by the formation of the League.

Depends on how technical you want to get about it. If it's drawing attention to how GD has become just a slightly LoL oriented Off Topic forum, then it belongs here until such time as all other off topic stuffs gets locked/relocated to where it belongs.

Relevance of the post makes it ok to be in General Discussion.

But wait....by saying that a forum is only for off-topic posts implies that there is a forum specific topics.
This being said, the topic of "General Discussion" PRETTY MUCH encompasses every topic.
So aren't the two forums pretty much the same? Comes down to a personal preference as to where you want to post your spam, IMO
