1. I think it's unfair for other summoners to choose your fate.
2. Riot needs to choose it's battles, you will NEVER cleanse the game of players who get frustrated at teammates and get in fights. It's human nature not to get along so why punish people for it? I understand afk's and people who take it too far, but that is not the people getting banned.
It's people like myself who have supported this game and made it successful by buying the cards and donating to streams. I never afk or disrupt the environment and it's summoners, not riot employees who choose to ban us.
So, i think riot should do us summoners who are v
a little justice and take time to review the cases and decide,"Is this summoner an innocent frustrated gamer, or an actual problem to other gamers and needs to seriously think about there actions?"

I hope in the future, the Tribunal will be changed to a different plan of action against potent summoners.
Thanks for reading.
This game totally has no respect to paid customers. RIOT were nice in 2009, but not now. lol

Paid players dont have the right to argue as well. All players are the same. Or I would say this game respect all players like those non-paid games.... customer service copy and paste to reply your mails.

So don't feel anything about it. Paid player friends all quit the game or stopped paying for it. 200 USD is not much at all.

So here's our fundemental disconnect. You believe that players who offend your sensibilities deserve to be punished, however you don't understand if you offend their sensibilities, they want you to be punished. It isn't hard to be a nice person on this game, if you just imagine yourself playing any other game or sport. Say "good luck, have fun", be a good teammate, give non-snide advice to your teammates, shake hands at the end of the game saying "good game". It isn't hard to be a decent person.

Well, you are partially right. You were banned because you yelled consistantly at your bot lane, nonwithstanding whether they fed or not. You playing well has nothing to do with it, as them playing poorly has nothing to do with it. You were punished due to your treatment of the other player.

Let us think of a similar example, such as a game of Magic the Gathering. Now, there is a degree of friendly taunting and joking when you sit at your local gaming store and play some games. However, once you travel into "trash talking", its exactly that... trash. Because your entire goal is to not demoralize your opponent, but demean them. And if you did that in my LGS, you would be escorted off the premises and banned (and they might go after your DCI too). Now put Riot in the stead of the LGS, and you can see why they don't want someone like that in their store.

Except this is in no way true, since I will still be playing in three months under my original account.

Well, if your last statement is true, Riot would have gone under and closed shop. So that isn't true. And its as it should be, as paying customers get no special treatment. Which is fine, when you realize that Riot's lifeblood is a fun, entertaining environment. And if you violate the sanctity of that environment, well then expect to be punished.

1.) Other summoners don't choose your fate. You choose your own fate. When you decide to hit enter and take the time out of the game to type out insults or abusive language, you decided your fate.

2.) Riot does choose their battles. They use the Tribunal system to pick which battles to fight. Not everything that goes to the Tribunal passes go and goes on to Riot. Other players exhibiting toxic behavior does not give you a shield to be toxic yourself. You learn this in second grade, two wrongs don't make a right.

3.) Riot determines all punishments, depending on history, reports, and a variety of other factors. The Tribunal doesn't determine punishments, only what cases go to Riot to be reviewed for punishment. The players aren't in charge of your fate. Riot isn't in charge of your fate. You are. If you're a frusturated gamer in a large percentage of your games, chances are you need to take a break from the game, or just find a new game.
