Just increase the CD on his ult like Garens Ult, If He Can Refresh It he should at least be somewhat punished for not doing so. The lvl 1 CD comparison is insane Garen:160sec Darius:100sec

How about fixing the 'choppin people no matter what happens' problem first...

No matter if you flash or stun him, and even when he turns into a statue(Cass ult) does not stop him from chopping people in half...

I agree with this post so badly , or if your gonna nerf him for god sake let the ulti be Physical damage not true damage so some of the squishy champs dont INSTA DIE from 1 ulti at the start of the fight.

If your going to increase the number stacks to which is something almost impossible to achieve, wouldn't it be better for his skills to have a possibility of proc two stacks instead of one as it does somewhat increase gameplay?
Example in 1st skill, champion hit by the outer half receives two stacks and such...

Just a suggestion btw

Hello @Morello , thanks for taking the time out for these questions.

There is something that i've always been curious about though. You said yourself once that you dislike the concept of True Damage in the game, and especially dislike the imbalances it has given to heroes in the past (pre-nerf Vayne, pre-nerf Irelia, etc.). Later on, you stated that you yourself had a personal hand in the creation and design of Dairus..in which he was given his famous pure true damage ultimate...im curious why you went back upon your original stance and gave this hero such an ability..which as was expected caused several issues with the community gaming experience.

SOLUTION TO A BALANCED, EXCITING AND REWARDING DARIUS GAMEPLAY:
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
If Darius affects for example 4 enemies with one of his abilities 4 stacks are added, 3 stacks for 3 champs and so on...
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
1 stack adds 10% of armor penetration.

Hit 1 enemy 10 times or hit 5 enemies 2 times. between these 2 extremitys his gameplay would be.
That way he has to think and react smart not to die and apply his bleeding for max potential.

If he gets more viable the more champions he can apply his bleeding his playstyle has to be smarter and risk/reward is better.

If he risks more in getting 10 stacks fast in big teamfights hes rewarded for it.
If he builds tanky top he weakens his early laningphase by doing so.
If he builds AD he gets considerable more viable early and more squishy late which hinders him in big teamfights getting up all the 10 stacks.

Personally I'd be reluctant to change someone who is actually balanced (in terms of power level) since this is so hard to achieve and any movement one way or the other could throw him off. I'd recommend that if the changes Morello suggested were to go through Darius would need to have to do something about his current weaknesses. He's not very tanky naturally and he's easy to kite, so perhaps some form of damage mitigation and maybe a speed buff to go with the slow (a melee slow alone won't help much imo), or some type of buff to his E (maybe make the radius more narrow so its not pulling in the entire team if its ranged is increased).
