I am a very difficult time landing skillshots such as lee sins Q and Amumu's bandage toss against smart opponents who know how to dodge.

Any suggestions on how to do that?

Yup, Get use to the timing, spam Normals blind picks.
Amumu bandage toss is really delayed. Opposite side of a mundo cleaver. Cleaver goes so fast.

Practice and experience only goes so far, sometimes you just need intuition (prediction of where x champ will be when y skill shot hits and try to connect the dots). Some people have it, others don't. You might find yourself doing better at rammus than amumu as tank.

you just have to practice. if you play that champ alot, maybe turn on smart cast so you can do it faster and not let them get away, but only do this if you know that range of that champ very well. also, learn from other misses. if the target you were aiming at flashed to avoid the last try, then rememeber that they dont have flash. or if they tried to wait out your last skill shot in order to dodge it, then wait a bit longer, for a more awkward time for them to move or when they least expect it. some people will be alot better at dodging then others, just gotta practice and learn about your opponents

Prediction. Once you get to a level where your opponents know how you will respond, they will respond in a way to counter you, so you should predict what they will counter with and counter that instead of doing your original move. But if they though ahead and thought that you'd counter with a counter to his counter, he might go with the original plan in the first place by doubly thinking ahead. It's a complete mind game once you can get the mechanics and knowledge down, and even though juking and counter-juking are both important skills, proper juking tends to get more publicity because good jukes often produce clutch plays and end up on videos.

Landing skill shots take a good deal of practice. Many people make the mistake of shooting a the enemy champion which is often the cause for misses with slower projectiles the correct method is to aim ahead based on your enemies movement. Even with this you will find there is some how just seems to be a step ahead of you and knows what you will do. This occurs because the way you move into too them or suddenly change your play style sends off alarm bells to experienced players who then will run away but be looking and ready to dodge your skill shot. You need to use your skill shots in a way that if they dodge it they will be worse off. eg you go to gank as Amumu they are pushed up they see you because of wards you have two choice one send off the shot right from the start or give your foe time to lock into a full retreat that they can't break for fear of death. Now method two is very hard and only works when you have the perfect conditions setup for a gank. That aside the best idea when sending off that skill shot is they take the hit or die because the had to back track to you.
