considering both teams can get black cleaver, I don't see how that's unfair at all?
remember, the counter to flash is flash

It makes itemization boring and it strengthens a specific class of champions relative to the other classes.

You can use the same thought process against yours.

Flash is broken because everyone has to have it, otherwise they're at a disadvantage (usually).

honestly only noobs and pros are prolly crying about it, in my avrage games most people who stack those things end up losing. like they dont just magicly get 4 blackcleavers.... they have to work pretty hard to get those at 3kg a pop. if they have 4 its because you fed them early, they prolly could have made 4 BT and still whooped ur ass.

Enemy top beats your top and gets a BC.
He automatically wins his lane for the rest of the game.
By the time your top gets one the other dude shall have two and can kill your tank.

Armor is more expensive in the game as well and BC just melts through it.
So tanks themselves are having issues fighting somebody like that.
To the point building HP seems best.

In this case, BC is EXACTLY what riot was shooting for then, no?

They said for s3 they want versatility...if one person is building one way, you can build another to go against it...

they wanted different item routes to counter others.

as if you build deep into armor pen, u throw them foes down fast, but you stack HP -- it counters their build.

if you go magic pen heavy, same deal.
% dmg? get resists.

Flash vs Flash: There are counterplay options by baiting out flashes, using yours more effectively, and can be effective on ALL champs = Balanced

BC vs BC: Not all roles will get BC, and getting burst down instantly even with armour doesn't present any counterplay options = Dumb/OP

As much as I love how AD assassins are good now, we all need to admit that they're TOO good at the moment.

It's less that BC is broken and more that people are feeding the enemy hero 12k to stack four of them.

y'know what else 12k buys?

an entire core ADC build.
